Waterproof Stage(60x40f,4ft height) having backdrop decoration with flowers cloths, LED Lights. Garlands over the sides of the stages, fresh flowers all 2- around the site of the stage as well as on the Podium Sharpy DJ moving lights mounted over truss supported by steel columns, seating arrangements. Mike and high-quality Sound arrangements for Public addressing on the Podium, playing ambient music in the cultural program during the event systems, separate male and female green room(15x15 ft) etc. Entire stage area is to be covered with neat and clean carpeting having soft cushion, also in the approach area and area in the front of stage (approximately 60x40+100x30)

Water proof pagoda Stalls of 10x10 ft with (each stall with 3 tables and 2 chairs having proper cloth, Charging point with high resistant inflammable wires with circulating uninterrupted supply of power on each stall to be provided and 2 LED Lamp of (100 Watts each) at each stall with decorative Cloth. Carpeting in stalls and in the walking areas also (edge to edge). A curtain/cloth of good quality for each stall to cover the gate in night. Shops from backside. Fascia must be on hard sheet. 10 big size Mobile sink (one separate for each food stall - Back side) in washing area of food court with proper water drainage system for the food area. Fascia must be on hard sheet.

Carpeting in stalls and in the walking areas also (edge to edge in food court). 10big size Mobile sink( one separate for each food stall - Back side) in washing area of food court with proper water drainage system for the food area. Fascia must be on hard sheet.

There shall be two entry and exit gates and one separate gate for the food court entry with decorative cloths. lightening and flowers, along with one separate gate for food court with the same decoration as stated above. So defined Gates must be in 3D shape with width of pillar (2.5*3 )and clear height approximately 14 ft.(4 gate in Nos.)

The backside of the stalls all around must be fenced by tin barricading 8ft in height covered with curtains in the backside and around the stage area as directed by concerned officials during the execution. (approximate length of Tin barricading 1800f)

Arrangement of Uninterrupted supply of electricity shall be made available by the Agency at its own level during the mela time through genset (125 KV, 62KV, 40 KV),3 in Nos. No separate electricity connection will be provided. Separate electricity arrangements shall also be provided by the agency in the food court area as per the requirement and the directions by the concerned officials.

Adequate moving space (Minimum 15 Feet) with carpeting shall be kept in between rows of stalls and 22 ft spacing with carpeting shall we kept in the food court area for smooth movement of the visitor and eaters. Brand New Carpeting in all Mela Ground other than stage area, stalls, food court area(approximate area 50k sqft).

Proper lightening in the mela ground all around the stalls, food court, open area through series of LED light i.e. LED lights (at least 250) of 100 wattage and including 50 High Mask lights to ensure that the whole area is well lit including the backside of the stalls.

Designing and installing of signage (hoardings, banners, entry gate, pole bunting around Mela ground, standees, backdrops etc.) in and around the Fair premises and in the city. Hoardings with Frame(20no.)Size20*15 ft., 10*10( 20 No), Pole bunting around mela ground and in the city (800 no.) size 3*6 ft.. standee(50)size3*6 f., back drop with frame (4)size29*15N.

Installation HD quality CCTV cameras (at least 35 nos.) with night vision and setup of monitoring/ Control room along with operator/technician for 24*7 during SARAS Mela equipped with Wi Fi connection.

German hanger(80* 120 feet)approx, with fully Carpeting.

One water proof VIP Room (20*20 ft) setup for the special dignitaries with wooden flooring and sofas. centre tables, fan and electricity point. VIP Toilet With proper water facility and Wash basin

Providing of security service at every entry and Exit gates(24*7) 20 in Nos. (at least 10 guards with proper dress shift wise) and also in the premises of the mela with security team leader.

Providing sufficient House Keeping Staff (20 Nos(10 per shift). House Keeping must be available 24*7 in 8 hours shifts with One Team leader.

Adequate fire safety measures and Fire extinguishers as per rule regulations.(atleast 15 in Nos.)

The stall area and Open area to be decorated with lights and decorative cloths and different types of decorative items so that it looks very attractive for the visitors.

Sufficient RO Drinking Water facility with Water Dispenser for all artisans and staff at mela Ground, Food Court Area, Stage Area, VIP Room, Registration Room as mentioned below. Iwork 20 litre water dispenser jar 50 in no. they are to be refilled when gets consumed fully 3 Tankers during the entire mela period having capacity of 5000 Itr.to be kept behind food court stalls. 15 empty drums of 200 Itrs to be kept for the storage of water to be used in food preparation.

One fully waterproof tentage space for the promotion of Lakhpati didi scheme along with 10 chairs, 3 tables and backdrops ( 3 side) flex and lighting facility( 20*20).

Bunch and bouquet big cut flowers(15flowers)at various time instant.

Providing and installation of 2 No of LED sereen of 8*8 (P6 or higher) with day vision along with sound system.

Separate Male and Female Mobile Toilet with proper Water Facility, wash Basin, Dustbin for waste Disposal facility.
