Disconnection and removing the unserviceable fuel injection pump carefully from the 100 to 250 KVA DG Set and servicing the same including renewal of u/s parts and carried out calibration fixing back in its original position testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable self starter unit 24 volts capacity carefully from the 100 KVA to 315 KVA DG Set for finding out the defects and to replace the unserviceable items such as field coils, bentex, armature solenoid switch etc and refixing the same in its original postion after completion repairs including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.. Make : TVS Lucas / Fenner or as approved by the OEM. Note : - Armature and bentex will be measured and paid respective item of the schedule.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable self starter unit 12 volts capacity carefully from the 30 to 125 KVA DG Set for finding out the defects and to replace the unserviceable items such as field coils, bentex, armature etc and refixing the same in its original postion after completion of repairs including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- TVS Lucas/Fenner or as approved by the OEM. Note : Armature and bentex will be measured and paid respectively item of the schedule.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable alternator of capacity of DG Set carefully from the engine and rewinding the same with single strand fine enamel copper conductor of same guage weight and tons and keeping the windings into hot air oven till the moisture evaporates and fixing the same init original position duly painted the alternator after completion of repairs connecting the cables and all the accessories testing and commissioning complete of the following capacities:- Note :- (i) All the misc items such as Bearings, terminal, coupling, impregranted paper, warnising, cotton tape and other misc items required for satisfactory completion of job deemed to be included in the unit rate. (ii) The above repairs are considered to meet the anticipated requirement if any and based on the site requirement the scope will be handed over to the Contractor.

M&L for Preparation of surfaces and painting the DG Set with accoustic enclosure and AMF Panel board with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour including marking of SM/MES numbering, capacity of the DG Set, date of installation etc as directed by the Engg-in-Charge complete of the following capacities :-

Taking down unserviceable fuel / Oil pipe line with benjo bolt supply and fixing new fuel / oil pipe lines (High pressure ruber pipe covered with stell armoured complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fill distilled water in the batteries of DG sets distilled water and acid mix water at different locations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing battery terminal made up of brass including taking down unserviceable battery terminal complete all as specified and as directed.
