Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil for structures other than bridge as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto any lead, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material within all leads and lift including carraige of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregate) nominal mix in open foundation of road work with crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated, placed in foundation inluding cost of form work and curing for 14 (fourteen) days as per MORD technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental or as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in sub structure mechaniclly mixed complete as per drawing and technical specifications any height using concrete mixture RCC grade M-30 (Thirty) in abutments and Pier and all type of shuttering, staging, scafolding, necessary tools, plants, machinery and all related operations as required to complete with all leads and lifts including carriage of materials as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 6mm (Six millimetre) thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of deck slab excluding priming coat with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500.29, prepared by using mastic cocker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface , including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 9.5mm (Nine point five millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.005 (zero point zero zero five) cubic per 10(Ten) Square metre and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm (Ten centimetre) centre to centre in both direction, pressed into surface when the temperature of surface is not less than 100 degree (One hundred degree) protuding 1mm (one millimetre) to 4mm (four millimetre) over mastic surface all complete as per clause 515 within all leads and lift including carriage of materials as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying 50mm (Fifty millimetre) thick mastic asphalt wearing course two layer 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) each with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500.29, prepared by using mastic cocker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface , including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2mm (Thirteen point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.005 (zero point zero zero five) cubic per 10(Ten) Square metre and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm (Ten centimetre) centre to centre in both direction, pressed into surface when the temperature of surface is not less than 100 degree (One hundred degree) protuding 1mm (one millimetre) to 4mm (four millimetre) over mastic surface all complete as per clause 515 within all leads and lift including carriage of materials as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying Plain cement concrete in levelling course below approach slab mechanically mixed and vibrated complete as per drawing and technicnal specifications upto any height using concrete mixture PCC grade M-15 (Fifteen) including all type of shuttering, staging, scafolding, necessary tools, plants, machinery and all related operations as required to complete with all leads and lifts including carriage of materials as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (M-thirty) grade in approach slab complete as per drawing and MoRTH technical specifications 1600, 1700 and 2704 upto any height using concrete mixture including all type of shuttering, staging, scafolding, necessary tools, plants, machinery and all related operations as required to complete with all leads and lifts including carriage of materials as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Construction of precast RCC Railing of M-30 (M-Thirty) grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12mm (Twelve millimetre), true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm (Two thousand millimetre), leaving adequate sppace between vertical post for expansion, complete including reinforcement and form work as per approved drawing and technical specification with in all leads and lift and carriage of material as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Drainage spouts complete as per drawing and technical specification 2705 with in all leads and lift and carriage of material as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (hundred millimeter) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1:20 (one vertical: Twenty Horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204, 3.7 including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to the site of work through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lift including carriage of materials as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material (75 mm to 45 mm) , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. by mechanical means with in all leads and lift including carriage of materials as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam Grading-II (63 mm to 45 mm) stone aggregate of specific sizes, specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.by mechanical means with in all leads and lift including carriage of materials as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam Grading-III (53 mm to 22.4 mm) stone aggregate of specific sizes, specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.by mechanical means with in all leads and lift including carriage of materials as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion o prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg./swm (Zero point sixty kilogramme/square metre) using mechanical means with in all leads and lift including carriage of materials as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50mm (Fifty milimetre) thick with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (Seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.50 percent of mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction with in all leads and lift including carriage of materials as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion presssure destributor at the rate of 0.20kg. (Zero point twenty kilogramme) per square metre on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom with in all leads and lift including carriage of materials as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) thick with 100-120 TPH batch type HOT mix plant producing an average output of 75 (Seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5(Five) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects within all leads and lift including carriage of materials as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
