Earth work in excavation for all type of bridge structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling/wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and technical specification section 300 and as per direction of the Engineer- In–Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fiffty millimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete for plain/reinforcee cement concrete grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) designed mix with cement contents not less than 275 Kg (two hundred seventy five kilograms) per cubic metres with 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size crushed stone aggregate (extra cement as per design mix above the minimum cement contents specified shall not be paid extra) in open foundation for all type of structure complete as per drawings and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1700 and 2100 including form work and curing complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in Sub structue grade M-35 (M-thirty five) designed mix with minimum cement contents not less than 422 Kg (four hundred twenty two kilograms) per cubic metres with 20mm (Twenty millimeters) nominal size crushed stone aggregate (extra cement as per design mix above the minimum cement contents specified shall not be paid extra) in abutment etcetra as per drawings and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1700 and 2200 including form work and curing complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in sub structure as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section1500,1700 and 2200 using grade M-45 (M-forty five) designed mix with cement contents not less than 465 Kgs (Four hundred sixty five kilograms) per cubic metre with 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for concrete work in bed block and dirt walls etcetera including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) designed mix with minimum cement contents not less than 399 Kg (three hundred ninety nine kilogram) per cubic metres with 20mm (Twenty millimeters) nomonal size crushed stone aggregate (extra cement as per design mix above the minimum cement contents specified shall not be paid extra) in wing walls etectra as per drawings and MORTH technical specification clause 1500, 1700 and 2200 including form work and curing complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 1600 and 2200 including cutting, bending, binding, straightening and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto all height and depth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm (six hundred millimetre) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification 710.1.4.of IRC:78 and section 2200 as per the entitre satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and MORTH Technical Specification 710.1.4.of IRC:78 & 2200 and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying 100mm (one Hundred millimetre) diametre with working pressure not less than 4.000 kg/ cm2 (four point zero kilogram per centimetre square) ISI marked PVC pipe weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain reinforced concrete, Abutments, Wing walls, Return walls and retaining/breast walls extended through the full width of the structure with slope I(V):20(H)(One vertical : Twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 700 and 1200 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT-PTFE bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, completre assembly to be of cast steel/fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC: 83 part-I & II respectively and other parts conforming to BS: 5400, section 9.1 & 9.2 and clause 2000 of MoRTH Specifications complete asper drawing and approved technical specifications. and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
