Work For Preparing, Printing of Water Bills, Meter Reading and Distribution of Water Bills Along with Preparation of Account Related Information for Billing Including Ledger, MIS Reports etc. for Jaipur City through Web Based Application and Computer

Job of Preparation of computerized consumer water bills using customized software (to be customized as per the department's requirements and approved by the department), including Printing of consumer water bills in the specified format. Preparation of consumer ledgers in the specified format, Generation of revenue statements, monthly outstanding statements, MIS reports, and other related information as required by the department (including stationery charges for binders and reports, etc.). Notification to the consumers via registered mobile numbers and/or email IDs upon the generation of bills..

Distribution of water bills to consumers in accordance with the established billing cycle, after approval of the designated officer-in-charge. Notifications detailing the bill, will be sent to consumers via their registered mobile numbers and email addresses immediately on generation of water bill.

Taking meter readings for consumer water connections and recording water consumption in binders as per the specified time schedule/billing cycle. Filling and submitting reading sheets in the specified format to the designated officer-in-charge and making corrections, if required, as per the specified time schedule/billing cycle. Note:- Billing cycle shall be bi-monthly for domestic connections and monthly for non-domestic and industrial connections.
