Cold Milling of Bituminous Pavement surface upto the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine, without disturbing the under lying layers, to proper line and level, cleaning the surface properly after milling and removing the loose materials, stacking the milled materials for re-use, necessary guarding, barricading & lighting, including hire charges of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. wet mix macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate conforming to the grading of table 400-13 revised vide table2 of IRC : 109 (2015) to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site,laying in uniformlayers with paver insub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.The thickness of a single compacted layer shall not beless than 75 mm.(Reference to MoRT&H'sspecification 406. Using Panchami variety stone aggregates. (Payment will be made on the basis of finished compacted volume)

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic bitumen emulsion (RS1) complying with IS:8887 using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular /cement concrete pavement surface cleaned with mechanical broom and high pressure air jet (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 503). i) On bituminous surface @ 0.25kg /sqm On Bituminous Surface: [By using Cationic Bitumen Emulsion RS Type (Bulk) @ 0.25 kg/m2] (Payment will be made on the basis of finished surface area)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade @ 4.0% (min) for Grading -1 and 4.5% (min) for Grading -2 by weight of total mix and filler(Cement /hydrated lime / Rock dust ) as per table 500-10 and mix design done as per table 500- 11and job mix formula as per clause 505.3.3 transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory tandem roller and with pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a pressure at least 0.56 MPa as directed by E-I-C, and to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 505.3.5 complete in all respects (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 505). For Grading 2 (26.5 mm nominal maximum aggregate size ), 50-75 mm compacted thickness Using Panchami variety stone material, hydrated lime and bituminous binder (VG-40 bulk @ 104.00kg./ m3) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH. (Payment will be made on the basis of finished compacted volume)

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade@ 5.2% (min) for Gr.-1 & @ 5.4% (min) for Gr.-2 , as per table 500-17, and mix design done as per table 500-10 and job mix formula as per cl. 505.3.3 and filler(Cement /hydrated lime / Rock dust ), transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory tandem roller and with pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a pressure at least 0.56 MPa as directed by E-I-C to achieve the desired compaction as per clause no 507.3.5 complete in all respects ref. to MORTH specification clause No.507. For Grading 2 ( 13.2 mm nominal maximum aggregate size), Layer thickness: 30-40mm compacted thickness. Using Panchami variety stone material, hydrated lime and bituminous binder (VG-40 bulk @ 127.0kg./ m3) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH. (Payment will be made on the basis of finished compacted volume)

Concrete Block Pavement Supplying and Laying in the particular pattern of cement concrete block pavements with BIS certification and spacer nib of size and shape with aspect ratio as per IS 15658 with cement concrete grade not less than M40 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of bedding sand of 30 to 50 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps between two paver block with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2) complete as per IRC SP - 63 with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction,levelling and filling up of the edge gaps with mortar.
