Execution of Work under MW (Cons.) to Repair and Restoration of Ajpal Kund at Vadnagar

Towards the dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of including all etc complete (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards the dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead of sectional area 40 square centimeters and above as directed by site incharge including all etc. complete. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards the demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix) as instruction by site in charge etc complete. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards Brick work with special size bricks (60% old purchase form local village and 40% new) with lime Sand Surki mortar (1:1:1), Lime should slaked at site & surki should be made from first class bricks and fine grinding as directed by site incharge etc. complete. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards the dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead as directed by site incharge etc complete (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood as directed by site incharge etc complete. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing & fixing on roof pressed clay tile (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size and as per approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately) as directed by site incharge etc complete. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing & laying on roof pressed clay tile ridge (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm thickness and of approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately).as directed by site incharge etc. complete. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing supplying and laying stone flooring over 20mm thick base of lime sand surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime:1coarse sand :1Surkhi ) pointing the joints finished flush as directed by site in charge etc. complete..
