PARTY SHOULD QUOTE BY SELECTING EXCESS OR LESS IN THE DROP-DOWN BOX AND THEREAFTER FILLING THE PERCENTAGE RATE IN FIGURES ONLY WITHOUT ANY CONDITION. 3. IN CASE PARTY IS INTENDING TO QUOTE “AT PAR”, PARTY MUST QUOTE “0” IN THE SPACE PROVIDED. LEAVING THE DESIGNATED SPACE FOR QUOTING PERCENTAGE RATE BLANK SHALL BE TAKEN AS QUOTED “AT PAR”. 4.
