Complete mechanical fabrication, layout modification, gas-cutting of 10 mm MS flanges, welding of 8 mm thick MS line nipples, hammering/driving of 4-6 mm internal MS insertion sleeve inside the 500 mm HDPE line, cross-drilling and nut-bolt locking, assembly and integration of a kinetic air release valve to prevent air-locking, on-site fabrication of horizontal 14-inch MS nipple, a vertical riser line section, matching asymmetrical base & top MS alignment bends, a customized 14-inch to 12-inch MS concentric reducer, and a final 12-inch diameter double-flanged MS connection nipple with all final structural sizes tailored on the spot as per site requirement at Hariom Ki Dairy Imlota flood site, inserting canvas rubber gaskets, full-torque flange tightening and leak-proof coupling with the 5-Cusec VT Pump delivery head; including cost of transport, machinery/tools, manual labor, structural MS materials, power generator, diesel fuel, and any other incidental item required to complete the work on-site.
