Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of ngineer - in- charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Earth Work in excavation by mechanical / manual means in foundation trenches or drains ( not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm. on plan) including dressing sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 including getting out the excavated soil as directed.All kinds of soils

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layer not exceeding 20Cm. in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1, 5m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap) : 300 mm dia piles

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Dismantling barbed wire and MS angle or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in:Channels, angles, tees and flats

Dismantling of old cement concrete block wall manually including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete block masonry (as per CBRI specifications) in foundation and plinth with new CC block (Size 300x200x150mm) in 1:6(1 cement : 6coarse sand )

Cement concrete block masonry (as per CBRI specifications) in superstructure with new CC block (Size 300x200x150mm) in 1:6(1cement : 6coarse sand )

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) :- Flush/ Ruled pointing

Providing Unskilled manpower for cleaning of vegitation near boundry wall for safely working purpose at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
