Demolishing and disposal of unserviceable materials with in 100 metres lead Unreinforced cement concrete up to 15cm thickness

Earthwork excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all Operational, incidental ,labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., complete for finished item of work. Ordinary soil-Mechanical means up to 3m depth

Earthwork excavation in hard rock (blasting prohibited) with rock breakers including breaking rock, loading in tippers and disposal with intial lift of 3 m and lead up to 1000 mt, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines grades and cross sections as per technical specifications clause 302.3.5 MORD/301 MORTH - Mechanical means.

Note: 11. The quality, quantity and availability of rock shall be checked before affording credit.2. In case some rock is issued to the contractor, rate as arrived per cum to that issued extent shall be deducted.3. In case some rock is issued to the contractor at site , the item carriage shall be restricted / reduced to that extent.4.Being small quantity, manual loading will be economical in this case and has been provided accordingly.

Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T&P etc., complete for finished item of work.

Note: Cost of transportation of good quality earth has not been included. Only labour for carrying carted earth with a lead of 50m to the foundation pits has been taken in the rate. The cost of carted earth / sand may be worked out separately if the same is not available from adjoining area.

Conveyance of excavated surplus earth/debris to a distance 2 kms from the site of work at the place specified by the Engineer-in-Charge including loading and unloading etc., complete as directed during execution.

Filling of foundations and basement with best river sand in layers of not more than 15 cms. thick each well watered to saturation and consolidated including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm ( 0.54 Cum), 20 mm (0.27Cum) and 12 mm (0.09Cum)nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5)-Grade M15 using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Supply and placing of M 25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20 mm HBG crushed metal 0.530 cu.m (707 kg),. 10 mm HBG crushed metal, 0.362 cu.m (471 kg) , sand 0.407 cu.m (616 kg.) and cement 380 kg with water cement ratio of 0.48 ( 182.40 ltrs/ cu.m of CC) etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with cement from standard suppliers approved by the department , including cost of centering, shuttering charges but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

Note : The design mix shall be got designed by furnishing the information required as per clause 19.1.1 &19.1.2 of IS 456-2000 by the contractor at his own cost and get approved from the competent authority before execution. The cement considered for above M25 grade concrete is 380 kgs/Cum and the rate is arrived accordingly in the estimate. After the mix is designed and approved, if there is any variation in the quantity of cement, over the cement content adopted in the estimate, the same will be considered and paid/recovered at estimate rate + T.P ( Either increae or decrease in quantity adopted in the estimate). Payment will not be made for variation in the quantity of other materials such as coarse & Fine aggregates.

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of specified grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). -do- below 36 mm Fe 500/Fe-500D/Fe550Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-pament shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement

Construction of Brick Masonry in CM(1:6) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm) including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Construction of 110 mm thick Brick partition walls in CM (1:5) using well burnt bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non modular or traditional size) bricks (230X110X70 mm) including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc,. complete

Plastering in Cement mortar using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Flooring with cement concrete floor tiles of 25 mm thick confirming to IS 1380-12013/IS 1237-2012 of following sizes set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sq.m & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost & conveyance of all materials, etc., complete for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply). -do - Chequered cement concrete heavy duty tiles confirming to IS:13801 using aggregates, cement, pigments of size 300 X 300 x 25mm of any shades.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel SS-304 grade tubes, sections, plates ,perforated sheets with 2 mm thick and pipes of all sizes and diameters etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fabrication of stainless steel railing works using SS welding rods including buffing , polishing , lacquer finishing , to present seamless finishing etc., complete as directed during execution .

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazedwindows / Ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame andmullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile),uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket,G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plasticpackers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (ifrequired) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixinghardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof siliconsealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, allcomplete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5%tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be acceptedbut no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Fixed windows / Ventilators made of (small series) frame 47 x 50mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ±0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension

Finishing the sides of walls with Ist quality glazed wall tiles of following sizes of approved colour and brands including pointing the joints with the same colour of cement by mixing the same colour pigment in white cement and over a bed of C.M.(1:3), 12 mm thick & Cement slurry of 33 Kg/10sq.m shall be used for fixing bed tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, incidental charges etc., complete (No separate plastering shall be paid to the walls).

Supply of glazed red or white full body ceramic wall tiles of size 300x600 mm and thickness between 6-8 mm ist quality confirming to :IS 13712,IS13630 ( parts 1 to 15)of any colour and finish in all shedes and designs,

Supplying and fixing in position M.S tubes & pipes of all diameters as per ISI 1161 of approved size design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the same with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Supply, Fabrication and fixing of Mild steel base Plates of diffrent sizes including cost and conveyance etc complete as directed during the execution of the work including Labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of welding rods, power charges, etc including cost of fixing in position including painting the grills with two coats of with synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide metal primer paint (total three coats) grade -1 of approved make and colour etc., complete as directed during the execution of the work.

Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47mm thickness (Total Coated Thickness-TCT), Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours with minimum end lap of 15 cms etc.,complete as directed during execution (Original coil shall be of make TATA Blue scope/JSW)
