Construction of intake Chamber at node No 2 of RCC construction in concrete mix of M-30 grade with size of 1.80X 1.80X 1.30 i/c free board as per site requirements to obtain requisite discharge as per approved design & drawing including construction cost of civil works, inlet & outlet arrangement , excavation in all kinds of soil, developement of site, pumping & bailing out water, carriage of materials within all leads and lifts etc. i/c the Man hole cover complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plants 0.60 MLD based on Rapid sand filter including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirements, cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khud/natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all contingent works capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/O Inlet chambers, Raw water tank, C/O pre-Sedimentation tanks ,tappered Flocculators for congulant addition proper alum, lime, solution tank with proper mechnical mixing arrengement be provided as per Data sheet Gaseous clorination is provided for disinfection. secendary setteling tanks, Electrical channel flow meter, Rapid sand filters, pipe gallery, clear water tanks, , Drainage channels, interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20m wide) chemical house, chemical handeling and feeding arrangements, gaseous chlorination units, back wash units with pumping sets and Air compressors including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process, Plant building with office, Providing and fixing of lightening arrangements (LED) lights made in the boundry unit of plant area, Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for Inspection/ operation of various units. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall confirm to relevant Codes and specifications. All the hydraulic stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC.
The scope of work shall be as per basic data, technical specifications and special conditions as per DNIT. This further includes combination of various treatment units based on Flow Diagramme given in the above manual, for consideration of alternative proposals based on latest modran Technology OR any other low cost treatment methods based on existing plants working under similar conditions with necessary performence certificates. The firm/contractor should Quote its rates for its offered proposal with cogent reasons/Justification for adopting the offered particular method of Treatment of water and design of various relevant units, which should be based on recommendations of latest relevant codes/Manual on Water supply & treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban Development (GOI) New Delhi.
NOTE:-1- The basic Data for design and construction of Water treatment plants and other comprising structures is as per Chapter-I. 2- Scope of work is as per chapter-II 3- Documents to be supplied in Technical Bid are as per Chapter-III 4-Structural Specifications are as per Chapter-IV 5-General conditions are as per Chapter-V 6- Automation conditions Chapter-VI 7- O& M as per Chapter-VII 8- T& C for OHSR & U/G Storage tanks

Main Balancing Reservior :- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoir as per capacity given below at Node No. 05 including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 mix concrete in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And RCC (1:1.5:3) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all allied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves,bulk meter/ flow meter shall be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft and hard rock and chiselling work including saturated soil slushy soil and under floor upto all depth and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metre clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimetre (Fifteen centimetre) layer when required into plinth sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement is to six sand is to twelve graded stone aggregate 40 milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (Uncoursed/brought to courses with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12)One cement is to six sand is to twelve graded stone aggregate 20 milimetre nominal size) in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement is to six sand) in breast wall/retaining walls within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement is to six sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames manufactures from commercial mild steel sheet of 12.5 milimetre thickness including hinges jump lock jamb lock jamb beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 milimetre or base ties of 1.25 milimetre pressed mild steel welded or regidly frixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel but hinges 2.5 milimetre thick with guards,lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts. Providing and fixing 40 milimetre thick panelled, glazed or pannelled and glazed shutters for doors, window and clearstory window including bright finished/black enamelled iron but hinges with necessary screws in 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 metre and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-
Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landings and the like floors etc.upto 200 milimetre in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement is to two sand is to four graded stone aggregate 20 milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete in:-

Construction course rubble hammer dressed 'U' shape open surfaces drain with side wall 15x23 cm in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement is to six sand) and inside plastering with cement plaster 1:3 (One cement is to three sand) including earth work and laying 10 cm cement concrete in 1:5:10 (One cement is to five sand) crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size and 7.5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement to two sand is to four graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts.
Providing and fixing 40x3 milimetre flat iron hold fast 40 centimetre long including fixing to frame with 10 milimetre diametre bolts,nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x30x5 centimetre 1:3:6 (One cement is to three sand is to six graded stone aggregate 20 milimetre nominal size) with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.(300x16 milimetre)
Providing and fixing mild steel fan clamp type 1 of 16 mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape with hooked ends in reinforcement cement concrete slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.
White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give and even shade including thoroughly/brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Distempering two coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolts with nuts and screwed complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.
