Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement up to height of double storey bldg, including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement up to height of double storey bldg, including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling surfaces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of new plaster surface of ceilling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Dismentling of mild steel work of any description, complete, all as specified and as directed

S&F Pre–painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having zinc coating 150 grams per Sqm (Az 150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

S&F Pre–painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa having zinc coating 150grams/Sqm (Az–150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall,valley gutter,ridge etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Dismantiling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge

M & L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops,padding,coping in rounded or chamfered on edges including form work where ever required.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick on parapet wall,keb wall surface of roof in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

M & L for providing and laying at any height 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bituminious primer @ 0.40 ltr / Sqm by the same membrane manufactures roof membrane over existing RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg/ ltr at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Apply on APP membrane a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm (d) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. (e) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. .

M&L cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 20 mm thick, machine pressed laid on screed bed and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) , complete, all as specified and as directed.

M & L applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.11 kg per sqm on APP membrane surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area not exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish , complete, all as specified and as directed.

S&F double shutter steel window box type ERW hollow P section comprising of glazed/gauged skeleton shutter fabricated from following sections :- (a) ERW hollow P section frame of size 60 mm x25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (02 Nos i.e. 01 for glazed shutter and 01 for gauzed shutter ). Both P section shall be welded with flat iron 25x03 mm thick all around of frame on both inner and outer faces . (b) Style and rails of window shutters shall be fabricated with ERW hollow P section of size 50 mm x25 mm made from 1.00 mm thick MS sheet and comprising of 02 Nos sash bars for glazed window leaf of T – section 20 x 03 mm thick and one No sash bar of 20 mm x 3 mm thick section for gauzed winodw leaf . (c) Vertical mullion shall be ERW hollow T -section of size 60 x 25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (d) The above steel window shall be deemed to include the following accessories/ fittings : i) Hold fast 150mm long mild steel flat iron 12x3 mm thick made to shape- 04 Nos per window ii) Handle of Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long – 01 No per leaf. iii) MS tower bolt stove enamelled 150mm long- 2 Nos per leaf. iv) Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper – 01 No per leaf. Notes : (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frames shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery, grill and other accessoriries as mentioned above. (iii) The window upto 1.00 metre width shall consists of two leaves both for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and all the shutters are openable. The window more than 1.00 metre width shall have two openable leaves on both outer side for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and middle leaf/shutter shall be fixed type.
