WIRING IN STEEL & PVC CONDUIT

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

EARTHING

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

COSMOS ROMA 40mm DIA 2 Mtrs LENGTH WITH MOISTURE ENHANCER 25 Kg and necessary masonry works Required.

MV CABLE LAYING

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

MV CABLE JOINTING & END TERMINATION

Supplying and making end termination with gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

POLE ERECTION

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Dismantling of bollard light fitting with GI cable looping box including demolishing of concrete (which is erected 300-400mm length of RCC) with necessary arrangement etc. as required.

MISC. CIVIL ITEMS

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

45 mm dia (00-45 mm & ID-40 mm nominal)

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete for construction of piers, abutments, portal frames, pier caps and bearing pedestals and seismic arresters over pier/ abutment caps at all locations with specified grade using Ordinary Portland Cement (conforming to strength requirement of IS:8112) including the cost of steel centering and shuttering etc. complete, including testing of materials etc. for casting pier & pier cap in one/two stage, necessary tools, plants, machinery and all related operations as required to complete the work as per drawings and Specifications with all leads, lifts and depths true to level and position but excluding the cost of providing reinforcement. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. Note:- Cement content considered in this item is 480 Kg./ Cum. Excess/ less cement used as per the design mix is payable/ recoverable separately.

Supply and installation of decorative garden post with height of 3500 mm and dia 100 mm including base plate with the size of 250mm dia and 12mm thick. 4 elongated hole (38x19) to suit for M16 bolt at CC of 140mm & cable entry hole 65mm and 4Nos of 300mm length “J” type bolt with 4 Nos of plain washer & 4Nos of M16Nuts each and 60W LED post top luminaries die cast aluminium spigot base with Spun Aluminium and Extruded Aluminium Alloy (grade 6063) with size of dia 600mm x height 380mm with IP65 protections,Surge protection 6KV, Top light and pole separate mould with necessary elmax connector block and internal wiring etc. as required.(Make: K-Lite 7034 Avira, Philips, Bajaj).

Supplying and fixing glass reinforced SMC (sheet moulding compound) looping box of nominal size not less than 150mm X 150mm X 100mm deep on the existing street light foundation with built-in bracket clamp, terminal block & mounting plate etc.as required.

Removing of 6m Street light pole and refixing to other place including Dismantling,Exavation,labour etc.as required.
