Operation & Maintenance of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm System and Public Address System round the clock including minor consumables such as resistance/transistor, fuses, Glasses for fire pill boxes, LED’s panel lamp, grease, dhoti, cotton, waste, torch etc. and general upkeep of the Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm System and Public Address System. Note: Apart from firemen, the contractor shall have to deploy electrician, technician, plumber etc., to attend the breakdown, if any, for routine & preventative maintenance jobs at his own cost.
