M&L for comprehensive maintenance /repair and servicing of 13 passenger lift (03Nos) make Omega installation fully comprehensive (i.e All in all) regular maintenance for round the clock, of the lift, including regular servicing, inspections, preventive maintenance by trained technicians and repair of the installation with bear the cost of repair / replacement of any of the worn out part which is covered under AMC by OEM without any additional charges at DSC,NC-1 & NC-2 Tower complete all as specified and directed . Notes- (i) Six routine maintenance services for oiling & greasing (ii) One visits by state lift inspectors are included in the quoted rates. (iii) Unserviceable electronics parts shall be replaced under this contract without any extra payment. (iv) The tenderer shall be quoted rates including of Pre AMC maintenanace work.
