Demolition of brick work/stone/PCC block masonry built in cement mortar.

M&L Pre-Cast Cement Concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 all as specified.

Taking down of cement plaster incl hacking out of joints, racking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured separately

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions.

M&L for Applying one coat of acrylic exterior emulsion water proofing painting including prepartion of surfaces of wall (up to four storey bldg) as per manufactures instructions )

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion, posts embedded in natural ground or lean concrete etc and making good disturbed portion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specially provided for all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2(using 40mm graded broken stone agg) as in foundation, filling mass concrete all as specified.

M&L For Providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1,(using 20 mm graded aggregate), in pre-cast fencing posts, struts etc average sectional area exceeding 100 Sqcm and not exc 250 Sqcm with or without chamfered angle and flat all as directed

Dismantling of old rusted wire for fixing new barbed wire all as specified.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and staining and fixing to RCC post including tying or securing at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples, steel pins etc as directed. (each line wire to be measured).

M&L deformed TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

Ditto all as per item No 14 above but 5 mm to 8 mm dia for stirrups, spacers & binders

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, chain link fencing and similar work etc complete all as specified

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified.

S&F Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, metered all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer all as specified..
