Comprehensive maintenance of 310 DA Staff Qtrs. including providing service of man power for day to day maintenance work of 310 DA Staff Qtrs. at Karkardooma, Delhi under jurisdiction of KKD Court Division under SD M-2313, during 2025-26.

Providing/Deploying a SEWER MAN (semi skilled) for attending various sewerman related complaints such as opening and cleaning of choked sewer, drain, manhole, gully traps, road gully chamber, water closets, floor traps, wash basins, kitchen sinks including the vertical stricks, rain water pipes etc. cleaning with acid/biodegradable chemical/detergent whenever required as per satisfaction of occupants and including disposing of silts/malba/waste garbage etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All work is to be attended during 8 hours duty (except Sunday) from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM attendance to be marked daily on attendance register or as directed time period in proper uniform. Necessary T & P shall be provided by the contractor.

Providing/Deploying a PLUMBER (Highly skilled) for attending various complaints pertains to plumber (Skilled) like fixing of water supply related fittings, sanitary related pipes and fittings, flush valve and fittings, connecting geysers, pillar cocks, stop cocks, bib cocks, pipes, waste pipes, flush pipes, cisterns, w.c. pans, mixer of all kinds, showers and all other such fittings etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All work is to be attended during 8 hours duty (except Sunday) from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM attendance to be marked daily on attendance register or as directed time period in proper uniform. Necessary T & P shall be provided by the contractor.

Providing/Deploying a CARPENTER (Highly skilled) having experience in glass work and aluminium work for attending various carpenter related complaints like adjusting door closer, easing out of doors/windows /ventilators, fixing of fittings & fixtures of doors/windows /ventilators and repairs of wooden partitions, doors, windows etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. All work is to be attended during 8 hours duty (except Sunday) from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM attendance to be marked daily on attendance register or as directed time period in proper uniform. Necessary T & P shall be provided by the contractor.

Providing/Deploying a Supervisor for writing maintenance complaints, issue of required materials to the skilled labours for attending complaints including assigning various works in the complaint daily and supervise them at site etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. All work is to be attended during 8 hours duty (except Sunday) from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM attendance to be marked daily on attendance register or as directed time period in proper uniform. Necessary T & P shall be provided by the contractor.

Providing/Deploying a BELDAR/ COOLIE (Unskilled) for keeping and maintenance of various premises and helping to skilled manpower whenever in need and cleaning the outlets of rain water etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. All work is to be attended during 8 hours duty (except Sunday) from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM attendance to be marked daily on attendance register or as directed time period in proper uniform. Necessary T & P shall be provided by the contractor.

Providing/Deploying a MASON (Highly skilled) for attending various mason related complaints like repairing of floors, walls, plaster, ceiling, grading on roof, brick edging, making repairs of holes thereof, masonry jobs in laying of pipes, w.c. pans etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. All work is to be attended during 8 hours duty (except Sunday) from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM attendance to be marked daily on attendance register or as directed time period in proper uniform. Necessary T & P shall be provided by the contractor.
