M & L for taking down carefully ceiling fan of any make, 1200mm sweep, from its position, dismantling fan, examine all parts throughly, oiling, greasing on all parts and overhauling of fan & including renewal of small parts such as split pin, nuts, bolts, screws and reassembling complete fan and make fully functional and including re-fixing the fan in position with renewal of three core copper wire of suitable size from fan motor to ceiling rose, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of over hauling, rehanging & testing complete in the quoted rate. (ii) Rewinding of fans where reqd will be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of BOQ. (iii) Main parts i.e. fan bearing, capacitors and bush etc., of the ceiling fans where reqd to be replaced under these item will also be measured and paid for seperately as supply only here-in-after under respective item of BOQ.

M & L for rewinding of ceiling fan motor, sweep of fan 1200mm/1400mm and any make as per Appx 'D' with approved quality of super enamelled copper wire as per original/existing gauge and size & including varnishing, heating, insulating materials etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rewinding of fans shall be carried out where required for the fans dismantled under item No 1.00 (here-in-before).

M & L for rewinding of exhaust fan motor, 300mm sweep, of any type and make with approved quality of super enamelled copper wire as per original/existing gauge and size & including varnishing, heating, insulating materials etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rewinding of fans shall be carried out where required for the fans dismantled under item No 2.00 (here-in-before).

M & L for rewinding of exhaust fan motor, 325mm to 450mm sweep, of any type and make with approved quality of super enamelled copper wire as per original/existing gauge and size & including varnishing, heating, insulating materials etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rewinding of fans shall be carried out where required for the fans dismantled under item No 2.00 (here-in-before).

M & L for rewinding of wall mounted fan motor, upto 450 mm sweep with approved quality of super enamelled copper wire as per original/existing gauge and size & including varnishing, heating, insulating materials etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rewinding of fans shall be carried out where required for the fans dismantled under item No 3.00 (here-in-before).

M & L for rewinding of Air circulator fan motor of 600 mm sweep turbo force type with approved quality of super enamelled copper wire as per original/existing gauge and size & including varnishing, heating, insulating materials etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rewinding of fans shall be carried out where required for the fans dismantled under item No 4.00 (here-in-before).

M & L for rewinding of Air circulator fan motor of 750 mm sweep turbo force type with approved quality of super enamelled copper wire as per original/existing gauge and size & including varnishing, heating, insulating materials etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rewinding of fans shall be carried out where required for the fans dismantled under item No 4.00 (here-in-before).

M & L for rewinding of pedastral fan motor, upto 450mm sweep, of any type and make with approved quality of super enamelled copper wire as per original/existing gauge and size & including varnishing, heating, insulating materials etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rewinding of fans shall be carried out where required for the fans dismantled under item No 5.00 (here-in-before).

Supply only in renewal under item Nos. 1.00 to 3.00 (here-in-before) capacitor 2.15/ 2.5 Mfd, 240 Volt, two wired and ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for spray painting to exposed surfaces of ceiling fan of 1200mm/1400mm sweep with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (as per existing colour) over & including a coat of red oxide primer by spray gun & including preparation of old painted surface by scrapping or complete removal of old paint, filling cavities with zealer and including writting MES Nos with black enamel paint (height of letters not less that 10mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for spray painting to exposed surfaces of exhaust fan, 300mm to 450mm sweep, with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (as per existing colour) over and including a coat of red oxide primer by spray gun & including preparation of old painted surface by scrapping or complete removal of old paint, filling cavities with zealer and including writting MES Nos with black enamel paint (height of letters not less that 10mm) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of galvanized iron down rod/connecting rod, 15mm dia, medium grade, (length upto 600mm) with new nuts, bolts and safety pins complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of stepped type electronic fan regulator, flush type, 240 Volt, ISI marked on the existing phenolic laminated sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of ceiling fan blade assembly 1200mm sweep, pearl white colour, make as per ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including teak wood battens or from existing conduits with all fittings, such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, sockets, lamp holder, fan regulators, sketch/brackets light fittings (except tube light fitting) etc but excluding ceiling fan and removal of old material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors ceiling etc to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L point wiring with FRLSH 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (multistrandered) single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 Volts, grade and including UPVC casing capping (ISI marked), Size not less than 25x12mm with & including all fittings accessories and including 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor for earth conuinuity conductor to earth dolly and using PVC moulded boxes for mounting switches, sockets including all specials like joint, tee, elbow, junction bend etc for one light/fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of BOQ (Sch 'A' ).
