Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), In below and above Plinth,up to all lead and lift, Including cost of all Materials, Labor, Tools & tackles, Taxes, Royalty Charges etc., complete as per latest edition of IS code specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

CEMENT PLASTER WITH A FLOATING COAT OF NEAT CEMENT, 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand),up to all lead and lift, Including cost of all Materials, Labor, Tools & tackles, Taxes, Royalty Charges etc., complete as per latest edition of IS code specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

CEMENT PLASTER IN TWO COATS 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)., up to all lead and lift, Including cost of all Materials, Labor, Tools & tackles, Taxes, Royalty Charges etc., complete as per latest edition of IS code specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more Including cost of all Materials, Labor, Tools & tackles, Taxes, complete as per latest edition of IS code specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, at all leads and lifts as per specifications and drawings., Including cost of Labor, Tools & tackles, Taxes, etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and mixing water proofing material in proportion recommended by the manufacturers, Including cost of Labor, Tools & tackles, Taxes, etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Per bag of 50kg cement used in the mix )
