Boring for cast-in-situ bored piles of 800mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Material and labour for RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade in cast in situ bored pile with minimum cement content 400kg/cum of any length/any sections complete all as specified and as shown on drg including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS 2911 part IV. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade in pile cap , grade beam & tie beam complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for bored piles of any length and any dia all as shown on drawings including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for grade beam/tie beams and pile caps of any length and any dia all as shown on deawings including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 5mm dia and over up to and including 12mm dia as in stirups for pile caps and gared beams including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

All as per item No 20 above but 5mm dia and over up to & including 12 mm dia as in helicals of pile reinforcement including rings and necessary tack welding to pile reinforcement at all points of contacts.

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps/grade beams and foundation complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 800mm dia bored pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION: Material and labour for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI marked including heavy duty PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked including modular GI flush box of suitable size with inner and outer white plastic plate (Same make of approved switch and socket) including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed at site for One light/Ceiling Fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one 5/6 amps one way switch. .(NOTE: Switch and socket to be measured and paid for separately).

SEWAGE DISPOSAL:-Matrial and labour for RCC Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 below foundation, RCC M-30 design mix in walls, base slab, baffle walls and Roof slab incl. beams etc with vent shaft manhole openings with cover connection etc., with effective depth of 1.50m and over all depth of 3m for 50 users complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.8 m dia x 3 m effective depth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay DWCPE pipe 163mm internal diameter laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

RETAINING WALL/COMPOUND WALL:-Matrial and labour for Design Mix M30 as per IS- 456 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate for , retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for RCC M30 design mix for lintels/beam over 1.5 Mtr span complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for RCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm grade aggregate for coping complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made and CPRI tested indoor typeLT panel board suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with air insulated PVC sleeved with heat shrink of colour code on copper bus bar of rating 600 Amps for phases and 600 Amps for neutral fixed on porcelain insulators. Supply install test and commissioning of Acid/alkali Dosing pump (venturi drive pump) 0 - 6 LPH with PP/PVC dozing tank capacity 150 Ltr with high speed stirrer and piping for in let & out let connection complete with control valves,NRV,electric cabling & copper wiring through PVC conduit from Main control panel to booster pump all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply install test and commissioning of Pool Hair & lint catcher size -500 MM x 750 MM X 40 MM with mesh & handle made of SS 304 grade all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply install test and commissioning of Trolley mounted suction sweeper with self priming electric driven pump set suitable for cleaning swimming pool capacity ,complete with PVC braided vacuum hose pipe of length minimum 30 Mt, 900 mm size Aluminium / bronze vacuum head, flexible copper cable from Main, PVC floats, wire rope and all connected accessories complete

Supply install test and commissioning of Pool floor inlets (pool jets) 63 mm dia including tail piece of 63 mm dia 20cm long wit pool floor inlets, made out of ABS plastic white colour with SS screws suitable for flow rate of 5000 ltr/hr top of floor tiles provided in bottom of swimming pool all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Electrical cables for Underwater lights with PVC conduit 2 core ,2.5 sqmm , 4.0 sq mm copper cable with Rigid PVC conduit from junction/deck box to light panel & Cable for Pump with Blower- 4.0 core - 4.0 sq mm , 6.0 sq mm -4.0 core copper cable all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply install test and commissioning of Factory made Vertical cylindrical type multi grade pressure sand filter capacity minimum 80 m3 / hour made from MS sheet suitable with size 2000 mm dia for working pressure 2.5 Kg/cm2 duly painted (inner & outer) with red oxide primer and two coats of epoxy paint complete with suitable size of inlet, outlet valves,NRVs, control valves for operation, back wash system including valve manifold, drain out facilities complete including frontal piping of 150 MS suitable sizes pipes for discharge of 80 M3 /hour / pressure rating 2.5 Kgf/cm2,fittings and filtration rate of 25 m3/m2/hr ,including initial filling of filter media , as required for smooth function and operation all as per manufacturer”s recommendations,for swimming pool of 8,00,000 ltr capacity and turn over period of 5-6 hours. Note: 1. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of all type & size of UPVC/HDPE/MS frontal piping, control valves connected to the pressure filter and PCC foundation of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions 2. Piping up to pressure filter in-let & beyond out let of pressure filter and drain pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down old main switches/MCB DBs and deposited in store all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Ceiling fan of any capacity and depositing to MES for further disposal all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Exhaust Fan of any capacity and depositing to MES store yard for further disposal all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Electric meter of any capacity and depositing to MES store yard for further disposal all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
