Supply, install and commissioning Hi wall split type air conditioner units inverter type indoor/outdoor 1.5 TR capcity, 5 Star or equivalent ISEER rating for the year 2022, with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with copper tube condencing unit including provision of suitable bracket fixing arrangement, copper pipe of required length and insulation complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Cat No.185VCZR of Voltas or equivalent in O General/Mitsubhishi/Bluestar.

Supply and install water cooler electrically driven, stainless steel body, BEE 5 star, single phase, 220 V, 50Hz having storage capacity of 40 Litre and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litre per hour complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Voltas/Blue star/Usha

Supply and install refrigerator, electrically driven, BEE 5 Star rated, single phase with capacity of 215 litre complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Whirlpool/Samsung/LG

Supply and Fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, 3 KVA capacity single phase 15 Amps, naturally cooled indoor type designed for input 170V to 270V with output voltage stablized at 230V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and with time delay complete all as specified and as directed. Make: V Guard/Voltas/Aplab/AE/Power Wave/Microtech

Material and labour Sub main wiring complete with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable(FRLS) 1100 volts grade multi standard copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping including all accessories fixed in walls/roof including one run of 4 sqmm earth continuity PVC insulated copper wire(FRLS) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 3 runs of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured as one length.

Supply and fix MCB single pole and neutral, 240Volts, 20 Amps, breaking capacity of 10 KA, 'C' Curve complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with provision for one MCB complete all as specified and directed. Make: Cat No. DHDMCSN0251020 of Havells or equivalent in L&T/IndoAsian/Crompton Greaves/Crabtree. Note : MCB shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying pipe and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning,filling in,including spreading,leveling,watering and well raming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying 40mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions and inserting CPVC Tee 50mmx50mmx40mm size in existing pipe line with necessary fittings complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Gun metal, globe or gate valves 40mm, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
