Supply, fixing, install and testing Tower type non inverter AC not less than 3.3 TR capacity, including material and labour for the following works involved for smooth functioning and installation of outdoor/indoor unit with and for Tower AC as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete with corldless remote control unit with minimum energy efficiency 1 star rating operating at 230 V 50 hz supply single phase supply, noise level, split type installation, Anti-bacterial coating, Demodifier, Remote control, Cooling capacity 6250 w,input power watt 2358, rated 10.4, compressor type rotary, indoor air flow CMH 900, Indoor moise level db(A)<43, Outdoor Air flow CMH 2700, all as specified and directed. Note :- Rates for cutting of existing false ceiling for Indoor unit, liquid, cooling, drain piping and other material required from indoor to outdoor unit required for casette type AC recommended by OEM and matching / finishing of new surfaces with same existing colour surfaces deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply, fixing, install and testing Casette type ceiling Air conditioner 3.0 TR Capacity including cutting of existing false ceiling for Indoor unit, liquid, cooling, drain piping and other material required from indoor to outdoor unit required for cassette type AC recommended by OEM and matching / finishing of new surfaces with same existing colour surfaces complete. Cassette AC includes 360 degree Air flow Panel, wireless controller, Auto restart function, Timer, Drain Pump, Independent dehumidifer, Scroll compressor , Anti cold air function, Wired controller, Reserved air outlet, quiet design, self diagnosis & auto Protection, LED display, Heat Exchanger, Hydrophilic fins, cold, auto defrosting and fresh Air rating operating at 240/415 V, 50 Hz supply, Cooling capacity 3600 W, input power 3638 W , air flow CFM 950, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and install hi-wall split units 1.5 Ton indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity, operating at 230 V 50 HZ supply complete including copper piping with insulation from indoor to outdoor unit as required length as per site complete. Note :- Rates for cutting of existing false ceiling for Indoor unit, liquid, cooling, drain piping and other material required from indoor to outdoor unit required for casette type AC recommended by OEM and matching / finishing of new surfaces with same existing colour surfaces deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for concealed submain wiring with four single core PVC-FRLS insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of size 10 sqmm 1100 volts grade drawn in and including,rigid non metallic medium white ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked of size not less than 25 mm dia concealed position inclusive all fitting such as tee,bends reducer,elbow,bell mouth,tube end all fixing accessories such as couplers lock ,nuts,saddlers,pipe hooks etc fixed properly on as in concealed position incl cutting chasing & making good to disturbed surfaces,plastering,putty & matching with the existing colour of wall/floor etc conduit with two run 10 sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated multistranded copper conductor as a continous earth wire complete all as specified. Notes: (i) Four runs of 10.0 sqmm and one run of 10.00 sqmm cable along with PVC conduit will be measured as one length. (ii) The cutting chiseling and making good item will be excercised when wiring to be concealed and to match the surfaces in existing colour.

Notes: (i) Four runs of 6.0 sqmm and one run of 6.00 sqmm cable along with PVC conduit will be measured as one length. (ii) The cutting chiseling and making good item will be excercised when wiring to be concealed and to match the surfaces in existing colour.

Supply and fixing concealed modular AC Box (white), plug and 3 pin socket two in one,all in one type,single pole and neutral box with one single pole MCB 25 Amp 230 Volts complete all as specified at site.

M&L for earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode (600 x 600 x 6) mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below normal GL, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, 15 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr incl. Charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 3of SSR Pt-I, 2009 specification.

Charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 3of SSR Pt-I, 2009 specification.

S&F double door metallic sheet enclosure TPN 4 ways with 200 Amp rated bus bar complete fixed properly on in concealed position and to provide required sizes of flexible conduit at any open surfaces near DBs of cables/wires all as specified.

Supply and fixing and testing of MCB TP 415V, with Microprocessor release 40-63 Amp with breaking capacity having 10 KA C curve characteristics connected with suitable lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing automatic transfer switch 160A Four pole with auto and manual function with existing panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of sheet enclosure on existing panel including MCCBs to be used as incomer Four Pole 160Amps, 415 Volts, 25 kA including incoming connection from existing panel and out going connections with lugs and gland complete. sheetl enclosure shall be matched with existing panel colour all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix testing and comissiong of MCB SP2 40V ,with Microprocessor release 5-32 Amp with breaking capacity having 10 KA C curve characteristics connected with suitable lugs.

Supply and laying of cable XLPE cable insulated screend PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,Electric power Cables (Heavy Duty 1100 Volts garde with stranded alumenium conductor of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core including drawn through suitable size of HDPE pipe PN-10 complete with suitables lugs, gland etc complete on wall/surface with suitable size of steel clamp of equal distance all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of pipe shall be included in the quoted rate.
