IMPORTANT NOTES : 1) Design / Drawing / BOM / technical specifications of the complete Cold Storage Plant showing the layout & other details etc. is to be obtained from OEM / Auth Channel Partner / Supplier & is to be got approved from Engr-in-charge & GE before placing final order. 2) Necessary Purchase Vouchers & Test/Guarantee/Warrantee certificates to be submitted in original to the Engr-in-Charge. 3) The complete installation, commissioning & testing of the complete Cold Storage Plant is to be got done from the OEM or their auth Rep/Sister Concern/Channel Partners only & reports submitted to Engr-In-Charge in duplicate. 4) The cost of periodical/routine servicing/maintenance including repairs/replacement of spare parts etc. (as & when required) including periodical checking of the complete System for the complete defect liability period (2 Years from certified date of completion of work) from the authorized service dealer/rep as & when required/due is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 5) Detailed Technical Specifications w.r.t. the Items/Eqpts/System of the complete Cold Storage Plant has been highlighted above, same to be adhered to by the Contr/Firm. Contr/Firm is therefore required to visit the site of work for any doubts/clarifications w.r.t. specifications/qty etc. before quoting of the Tender. Any query/clarifications etc. after conclusion of the Contract shall NOT be entertained & decision of the AO shall be final & binding. 6) Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of the following : (i) Copper Piping, Interconnecting Cabling, Refrigeration Controls, Panel Accessories, First Change of Refrigerant. (ii) Floor Insulation with 100 mm thick PUF covered with Tar Felt & Bitumen etc. (iii) Guarantee for a minimum period of 24 Months from the date of commissioning. (iv) Related Civil Works, Opening & finishing of Civil Walls for Copper Piping. (v) Supply, Laying & Testing of connecting Power Cables upto each ODU from existing MCBs/MCB DBs to the entire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge. (vi) MS Supports for Refrigeration Indoor Units & Ceiling PUF Panels. (vii) Civil Pedestal/MS Structure for Outdoor Units. (viii) Cold Storage Room Internal Lighting. (ix) PVC Strip Curtain near Cold Room Door. (x) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F MCB, TPN, C-Series 415 Volts of capacity 40-100 Amps with breaking capacity 10 KA all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge. Make : L&T/ABB/SIEMENS/LEGRAND.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr (B.G.L.) and connected to galvanized iron wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron including PCC pit & cover with suitable handle including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm dia med grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with funnel and wire mesh, 15 mm bore medium grade galvanized steel tubing for drawing earth lead GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 and testing on completion incl taking down old unsv one complete.

IMPORTANT NOTES : 1) On completion of the complete work/job the Contr is to perform earth resistance tests for each earthing job in the presence of the Engr-In-Charge or his rep & submit test certificates duly signed & certified. If the test results are not satisfactory or not within the permissible limits of 1.0 Ohm then the job is to be redone without any extra cost to the Dept till the results are satisfactory. 2) Cost of GI wire and GI Protection Pipe upto 7.5 mtr length & welding/brazing work is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 3) Cost of Wire Mesh, Funnel, Earthwork, PCC Chamber with Cover, Test Point etc. is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

M & L for laying earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 4 mm dia GI wire, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chasses or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. complete as required at site, all as directed and specified incl making good the disturbed surfaces complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-In-Charge.
