Brick masonry in C.M (1:6) prop. using 2nd class traditional well brunt bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kgs/sqcm including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges for all items of work, like cement, sand, bricks, curing etc., tp site including scaffolding charges and lifting charges, proper soaking of bricks, the walls should be truely to plumb and maintaing joints and filling joints with motor etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charges for finished item of work. Plastering with CM(1:5) Prop: 20mm thick in single coat including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., all operational, incidental charges and labour charges such as mixing mortar, finishing, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work. (external)

Roofing With 0.5mm thick galvanized /pre painted G.I profiled sheets with crimp of 200mm length fixed to the purlins With 14 size self drilling with neoprene washer Side laps are stiched with self tapping drilling screws .End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape .the sheets are provided with anti capillary groove.including cost and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification for finished item of work.(new sheets)
