SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for poles, struts, stays etc. and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning and refilling of excavated soil up to a depth of 30 cm after riddling the excavated soil for Cushing of cable and refilling of trench with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and filling in Transformers, Transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 40 KV, conforming to IS-335 complete all as specified.

Supply & filling silica gel inside breather assembly of trasformer all as directed.

HT cable fault identification and locating fault with vehicle mounted HT cable fault locator complete all as specified..

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, Al conductor cables, earthed system of size 120 mm all as specified and as directed

Dehydration/Filtration of Transformer oils of Transformer/Switch gears/ Servo voltage stabilizer using oil filtration plant for removing the moisture contents and corbon deposits from the oil and bringing it to the dielectric strength not less than 40 KV complete all as specified..

Supply & fixing breather assembly suitable for outdoor type trasformer with silica gel including taking down u/s from the transformer all as directed.

Taking down old steel/ PCC pole and M&L for Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 172mm x 279mm at bottom,class 10 complete all as specified..

M&L for painting on steel tubular poles of size 7.5 above gound level and applying two coats of Aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on street light pole bracket /clamps terminal box etc including applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of suitable primer for coping and writing pole number in black and white Paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting on PCC poles of size 7.5 above gound level and applying two coats of exterior weather coat paint over one coat of suiable primer on existing poles including copping and applying two coats of cement based aint over one coat of suitable primer or coping and writing pole number in black and white Paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting on steel surfaces of panel board and feeder pillar boxes and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified

Taking down old rusted monkey cage on street light pole made out of wire mesh and welding and strenghthning with additional length of angle iron of suitablle size and wire mesh as required and rifixing in position after painting with one coat of aluminium paint over one coat of suitable primer complete all as directed by engr-in- charge

Comprehensive maintenance of Reciprocating type High Pressure Air compressor capacity 7.5 HP with pre filter, sfter filter and oil removing filter. Make: ELGI including periodic changing of filter elements and complete functional checking all as specified and directed.

Repair & Servicing of Oil filled Servo voltage stabilizer 150 KVA Make : Micron including necessary welding of body with additional sheets required for arresting the oil leak including topping up / filtration of oil complete all as specified and directed. Note: Topping up/ Filtration of oil will be measured and paid seperately

Taking down old U/S Poles PCC/Steel/RCC complete and removed from site complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair indoor type factory fabricated cubiclepattern construction reactor panel for 3 phase 415 volt 50 Hz system of capacity 57.5 KVAr with incoming MCCBs made out of CRCA sheet with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof degree of protection not less than IP 43 generala construction of panel shall be confirming to IS13947 hinged front and back panel door for easy accessibility floor mounted free standing type and mounting the panel board upto a height of 30 cm above floor level as per following specification :- (a) MCCB 125 A 3 pole 415 volts 25 KA Ics = 100 % Icu with thermal magnetic release adjustable short circuit and adjustable overload setting suitable for isolation - 01 No ( Incomer) (b) Air break contactor 95 A 3 Pole 440 V confirming with IEC 60947-5-1 - 01 No (c) Iron core reactor 95 A 3 pole 440 V confirming with IEC 60947-5-1 - 01 No (d) Exhaust fan 160 mm for cooling purpose - 01 No (e) The specification of Reactor shall comply with the performance and other requirements of the latest edition of IS 5553 or equivalant IEC Publication 289 as amended up to date except where specified otherwise in the specification (f) The reactor shal be subject to switching surge over voltage up to 2.5 p.utemporarily overvoltage for few cycles of the order of 2.3 p.u followed by frequency over voltage up to 1.5 p.u complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in Charge.

Servicing/ maintenance of UPS capacity 30 KVA and checking the serviceability of and replacement of minor spares such as relays, PCB controller cards etc and servicing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing Castor wheel of suitable size to existing battery stand of 30 KVA Ups ( 30 Nos battery 12 V 65 AH) including necessary welding complete all as specified and directed.
