Dismantling of existing aluminium frame with glass at tower and depositing the serviceable material to the store complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fix 8mm thick toughened glass having sound proof and clear vision, the joints of glass and frame will be fill with silicon sealant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 5.5mm sheet glass glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5Sqm in each pane, solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring without taking off shutters from frames exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Brass mortice lock to aluminium door, lock with 4 lever including fixing arrangement complete all as directed.

S&F Floor door stopper 140mm overall length of cover plate of aluminium alloy body and tounge, anodised with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L for double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made or brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick/concrete surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including mixing of WPC as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litrte / 10 Sqm over new surfaces.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645-1975, complete all as specified and directed.
