Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, draining off the m.oil (if applicable) and collection in suitable pan, taking out the rotor from the stator, and complete disassembly as per requirement of job:

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 50 HP motor from site to workshop and vice versa using load carrier auto

Complete rewinding of stator coils of 3-phase LV horizontal/ vertical induction motor with suitable copper wire after complete removal of burnt out winding, cleaning of slots, etc., insulation class F, varnishing, tapping, etc.

The unserviceable scrap copper windings extracted shall be property of the firm and is taken into account for estimation of rates ( The amount quoted against the item has to be over 650 rupees)

Providing and fitting of copper connection leads out of single core PVC insulated copper wire of suitable amperage (06 leads) including their brazing.

Assembling of all motor parts, refilling of drained out m.oil (if applicable), coupling and alignment with pump, reconnecting of leads and testing on full load.
