ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANCY, CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION SERVICES AND LIAISONING WITH STATUTORY BODIES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF OFFICE BUILDING AND OTHER FACILITIES AT NAGPUR, MAHARASHTRA

Percentage fees for the complete Architectural Consultancy services as stated in the Tender document including site data collection, concept development Engineering, Designing, Preliminary and detailed estimation, recommendations of award of works for various packages, GRIHA registration and documentation and final GRIHA certificate, review of residual engineering, if any, being carried out by the contractor, engineering coordination and discussions with GAIL, Terms and Conditions and details as laid down in the tender document listed in Terms of reference Clause C.1, Section V of the contract

Percentage fees for Project management and Construction supervision of work by deploying Technical manpower as per scope Terms and conditions and details laid down in the tender document in Terms of reference Clause C.2, Section V of the contract detailing the manpower to be deployed at site before arriving at rates. The manpower is to be deployed for a period of 18 months from the award of first package of the works tender plus 03 (three) months is kept for finalization/ getting OC of office building complex and 03 (three) months for contract closure.

Percentage fees for complete liasoning services for getting building plan approval/ building construction commencement along with all applicable NoCs from respective Local/ State/ Central authorities/ agencies and getting occupation certificate/ completion certificate along with all applicable NoCs from respective Local/ State/ Central authorities/ agencies as per scope Terms and conditions and details laid down in the tender document in Terms of reference Clause C.3, Section V of the contract.
