Excavation for structures:- Earth work in excavation for structure in all depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305-1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracin , removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal in all lead and lift including dressisng of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material . All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out of rock( where blasting is prohibited) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.all useful material such as stone, shingle, aggregates& slate etc. shall be sorted out and stacked along the road side properly. Any loss to the public and private property to during the course of execution shall be the absoulte responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Steel work welded in built up sectioins, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings framed gurad bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per P.PWD.specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing wovenplains G.I. Wire fencing of mesh 50mm to 150mm to any type of standard rails, strainging bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, staples etc. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per P.PWD.specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

P/L cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and R/wall etc. including carriage with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces after & inlcluding preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete with ready mixed priming paintbrushing red lead, Red-oxide/zinc oxide chrome including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat ) on previously painted steel & other metal surfaces with readymixed paint,brushing oil, grease to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With white readymixed paint: including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
