Turn Over Certificate issued by the Chartered Accountants for the last 3 Financial Years (FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 & FY2024-25 or Later).

Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account Statement issued by the Chartered Accountant from the last 3 financial years (FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 & FY2024-25 or Later) Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 financial years (FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 & FY2024-25 or Later)

Copy of Registration Certificate with Employees Provident Fund Organization.

Copy of Registration Certificate with Employees State Insurance Corporation.

Copy of Registration Certificate with Goods and Service Taxes from Commercial tax Department.

Copy of Registration Certificate with Labour Department and Currency of the Registration shall be in force.

Copy of PAN CARD of Bidder (in the name of Registered Private Limited Company/Registered Partnership Firms/ Proprietorship).

Work done certificates for 3 years of experience in supplying manpower in the relevant fields indicating year wise No. of Personnels Designation of the Personnels provided to be issued by the competent authority for providing similar services for the last 3 financial years (FY 2023-24 FY2024-25 & FY 2025-26 or Later) Work Orders will not be considered as providing similar services. A separate statement/report shall be provided for each similar service for each year along with the work done certificate issued by the competent authority. TThe details have to be furnished in the given formats in Tender document.

Notarized self-declaration Certificate for not having Black listed or Defaulter in Rs. 200/- Stamp Paper.

A Clearance Certificate regarding the payment of E.P.F and E.S.I. by the bidders for the period FY 2023-24 FY2024-25 & FY 2025-26 (Latest) to be issued by the EPF & ESI Departments shall be submitted along with the Bids is mandatory. E.C.R. (Electronic Challan cum Return (ECR)- Remittance Confirmation Slip need not be uploaded.

In order to bid for the District Lot, the Bidder shall have the financial annual turnover in at least one financial year in the preceding three financial years (FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 & FY2024-25 or Later), equal to the value of that District Lot.
