General conservancy and maintenance of office buildings and its surroundings on working days, including removing dust & cob web, sweeping, water washing, toilet cleaning, wiping the doors, windows, glasses and other fixtures with wet cloth, so as to keep the office neat and clean, including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other incidental charges etc., complete. (Note : Cleaning materials should be supplied by the contractor and only cleaning chemicals will be supplied by the department free of cost). The Contractor has to submit list of labours proposed to be deployed for the work. All registers pertaining to the work shall be maintained by the Contractor and shall be produced to the department at any time during inspection of works. The rate quoted per unit shall be the final rate and no additional payments on account of upward revision or escalation or increase in the rates and prices of materials or minimum wages of labours shall be paid by the Port. The Contractor has to deploy 11Nos of labour daily.

Cutting and clearing grass and removal of rubbish by manual / mechanical means and stacking outside the periphery of the area cleaned, complete as per specification and as directed by the Department.
