Taking down carefully existing unserviceable/perished surface conduit/concealed conduit/batten/casing caping aluminium/copper point wiring any type for light, fan, bell, socket, power point etc complete including all fixtures and fittings such as batten/conduit/casing caping, etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling, etc to match with the adjoining surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan/bell/buzzer point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit (medium duty, ISI marked, not less than 20mm dia) with all fittings such as tee, bends, etc all as per IS, terminated in & including new sheet metal box, terminal plates with all accessories, concealed MS box/ PVC modular box with cover suitable for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits, sinking for boxes and making good in CM 1:4 and applying suitable matching painting as required shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply, assembling, hanging, fixing & testing Ceiling Fan of size 1200 mm sweep with service value 6.00 BEE 5 star rated, with brushless direct current (BLDC) motor, single phase, AC supply, 230 Volt, with & including down rod, canopies, three number blades, hook, rubber reel, safety pins, nuts, bolts, washers, cable connector and making connection with PVC insulated & sheathed 1.5 Sqmm three core flexible copper multistranded conductor cable (ISI marked) from ceiling rose to connector of ceiling fan including taking down existing old ceiling fan and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Bajaj Model No. ENERGOS 28 1200 MM GLOSSY WHITE CF (Without Remote) or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Note :- Old Ceiling Fan shall be deposited to Store Yard of AGE E/M (N) Jamnagar.

S&F in repair modular step type fan regulator 120 W, 2 module, AC, 230V, electronic complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for writing SM/ MES No. with synthetic enamel paint or by sticking radium with appropriate font colour/ size/ type as approved by EIC on Ceiling Fan, Exhaust Fan, Geyser etc complete all as directed.

S&F down rod made out of GI tubing medium grade size 15mm bore and 600mm long including drilling, tapping, screwing and locking pin complete suitable for ceiling fan of any type complete all as directed.

S&F Exhaust Fan, 300mm sweep, metal body, AC, single phase, 230/240 V, 900 RPM, copper winding motor, with blades, frame & louver and connecting with & including three core copper conductor flexible cord of 1.5 Sqmm cross sectional area of required length from ceiling rose to the connector block of the exhaust fan including taking down existing old exhaust fan and depositing to MES store yard complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Bajaj "Supreme Dlx 300mm 900 RPM Industrial exhaust fan" or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Note : Old Exhaust Fan shall be deposited to Store Yard of AGE E/M (N) Jamnagar.

S&F Exhaust Fan, 250mm sweep, PVC body, AC, single phase, 230/240 V, copper winding motor, with louver shutter and connecting with & including three core copper conductor flexible cord of 1.5 Sqmm cross sectional area of required length from ceiling rose to the connector block of the exhaust fan including taking down existing old exhaust fan and depositing to MES store yard complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Bajaj "Maxima Dxl 250 mm White domestic exhaust fan" or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Note : Old Exhaust Fan shall be deposited to Store Yard of AGE E/M (N) Jamnagar.

S&F in repairs ceiling rose surface bakelite White/ Ivory/ Urea finish 50mm dia three terminals including PVC square mounting block & electric wiring connection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs modular switch, single pole, one way, 6 Amp, 1 module with all accessories complete all as directed.

M&L for ceiling Fan Hook made of 8mm dia stainless steel bar of size as required at site 'D' shape heavy duty with fastener arrangement, nut, bolt, washer, rubber bush, locking pin, fixing in existing ceiling as per direction and site requirement including taking out existing Fan Hook complete all as directed. Note: Ceiling fan hook shall be conforming to the sample kept in office of AGE E/M (N) Jamnagar.

Supply, installation & testing electric Geyser (electric water heater storage type) of capacity 25 litre, vertical mounting type, glass lined inner tank, PUF insulation, rust proof outer body, 2 KW heating element, suitable for 230V Single Phase 50 Hz AC supply, BEE 5 Star rating, Rated Pressure 0.8 Mpa, with & including manual knob adjustable Thermostat with thermal cut off, heating indicator, Multi-function Safety Valve, including pasting of Do’s & Don’ts on outer body, fixed all as per manufacturer’s instructions, fixed with & including ‘Anchor’ type /fastener type bolts & nuts (Set of 4 bolts of 10mm dia 150mm long with nuts & washers) into the wall grouted properly to hold the geyser and making good the disturbed surface in CM (1:3), including taking down existing water heater complete and depositing to MES store yard, complete all as specified & as directed. Note: Old Water Heater shall be deposited to Store Yard of AGE E/M (N) Jamnagar.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade (ISI marked) cables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty PVC casing and capping double lock type (ISI marked) with accessories, fixed on wall/ceiling including dismantling & taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size / type complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- 02 runs of 4 sqmm size main cable, 01 run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable and casing and capping with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose.

S&F in repairs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete 240 V with one Single Pole MCB 20 Amps, 'C' Curve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm dia stainless steel braided connection tube, heavy duty of size 450 mm long with CP brass adopter/ union washer both sides suitable for hot & cold water supply for geyser complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp, 240 V, 50 Hz, AC supply, 10 kA, 'C' Curve, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm outer diameter CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 Fittings such as bends, elbows, unions, end pieces, etc and fixed with solvent cement on walls/ceilings (concealed/surface) or laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore bib tap with wall flange, fancy type, cast copper alloy, chromium plated screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore stop valve, fancy type, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.
