Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 16 M high Mast system including 9 Nos luminaires & with the following spacifications:- (a) Supply installation testing and commission of high mast shaft shall be in Two section hot dip galvanized , inside and outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS:875 Part-3. There shall be only one longitudinal seam section and no circumferential weld. it shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, 2 point suspension system with steel wire rope 6 " dia (7/19 constrution) duble drum winch, galvanized lantem carriage arrangement suitable for up to 9 luminaries symmetrically tighting final & integral power tool for raising and lowering operation of the high mast. (b) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts,washers, anchor, plates & templates as recommended by High mast manufacturer (c) Supply of LED light fitting 1x120 watt complete set-09 Nos (d) Supply of twin dome aviation obstruction lights of type BJAOL 1 with Neon lamp as recommended by High mast manufacturer . (e) Supply of control panel housing suitable control circuit for automatic switching ON and OFF of the MAST. It shall also have suitable control for operation of power tool. (f) Construction of suitable shallow foundation with RCC 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm stone aggregate concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/Sqm at 2 mtr depth with all materail and labour. (g) Erection of the high mast with help of suitable equipment and wiring of luminaires with all wiring materail and labour. (h) Provision of GI electorde 60cm x 60 cm x 6mm earthing for high mast with earthing lead with 4 mm GI wire complete- 02 Nos. (j) Installation of control panel on suitable foundation including all materail and labour. (k) Testing and commissioning of above high mast system. Make:- Bajaj/Havells/Crompton Greave. Note: The drawing of high mast light shall be got approved from accepting officers before execution the work.

S & F MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 50 Hz,415 Volts with rupturing capacity 25 KA in existing LT panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable LT 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable LT 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of LT under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil ( any type of soil obtained from excavation) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying bricks common brunt clay building bricks sub class B complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, filling in trenches, spreading, leveling sand cushioning 8 cm below cable and 15 cm above the cable for under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Thickness of 18 cms after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for GI pipe 40 mm dia Light grade fixing to wall or laying in floors for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L,Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layer of charcoal dust and common salt earth lead GI strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end connecions to main switch board and protected by galvanised iron light grade 40mm dia pipe, 20mm dia pipe for water with funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 50mm thick RCC cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate in MES Schedule (Part-I).Notes - (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1.5 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) GI wire upto DBs earth connection is included in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slantling position. (Earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.50m length is included in the unit rate)
