M & L preparation of old painted surfaces of roads, bituminious pavements, flexible pavings,aprons etc and applying one coat of aqua based road marking paint to lines, dashes, arows, letters etc excedding 10cm width or girth of tint white or golden yellow or orange or as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No1 above -ditto- but applying two coats on old concrete/bituminious pavement surfaces including removal of existing painting by burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrappers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of old painted surfaces of riged pavings, brick, stone, concrete,asbestos cement or plaster surfaces etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel marking paint to lines, dashes, arows, letters etc exceeding 10cm width or girth of tint white or golden yellow or orange or as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparing old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with using air blower to remove all loose dirt etc and applying one coat of cold Polymer Modified Emulsion (PME) for micro surfacing with fullfilling IRC : SP 100 : 2014 all parameters and mopping of total cold liquid PME 1.00 Ltr per Sqm with mineral filler as recommended by manufacturer of PME and ensure uniform finish of runway complete all as manufacturer instructions and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The tenderer shall take into consideration the following points while quoting his rate for this item :- (a) The work shall be carried out through authorised and qualified applicator of the manufacturer. (b) Care shall be taken to fill wider gaps/cracks with 0.6mm to 2.36mm size coarse sand as per manufacturer's instructions. (c) A performance guarantee certificate shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of the work.

Demolition of cement concreate of any discription and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type - C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in bed blocks/ copings etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs DTGM board of existing size of any description with 6mm thick polymer based form sheet struck with a layer of 100 micron thick self adhesive retro reflector (High intensity micro prismatic grade type-IV confirming to ASTM D 4956-04) as back ground including aluminium square tube frame work in between two sheets and fixing with bolt nuts with washers including vertical PVC pipe with grouting concrete etc complte all as specified and directed. Make: TATA or equivalent

S&F in repairs self adhesive retro reflective sheets conforming to IS (High intensity micro prismatic grade type-IV confirming to ASTM D 4956-040. 80 to 100 micron thick, cut to shape of letters, lines dashes,arrows, comma, full stops, emblems etc of size and shape cut in electonic plotter as directed and fixed to acrylic board. provided, lengh and width of the smallest rectangle or square required to form agroup of letters viz words, emblem etc will be measured to the nearest centimetere, if the gap between two words is less than two letters, the same will be treated as one group) complete all as specified and directed. Make:3M or equivalent.
