B.O.Q Construction of 01 No Tubewell boring for water supply at 132 KV Sub-Station, Rani Ki Sarai, Azamgarh. (SOR 05/2024).
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil(2.6.1)
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.( 4.1.2)
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (4.1.5)
Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).( 5.3)
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for (R.C.C) - Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers( 5.9.5)
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.(5.22.6)
Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)(6.1.2)
12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) (13.4.1)
Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account) (14.75A)
Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal dia Pipes Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.(18.8.1)
Providing and fixing 25 mm nominal dia Pipes Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.(18.8.3)

Boring/drilling bore well of 300 mm dia in All types of soil for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, upto 90 metre depth below ground level. (23.1.1.1)
Boring/drilling bore well of 300 mm dia in All types of soil for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge, beyond 90 metre & upto 150 metre depth below ground level. (23.2.1.1)
Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 100 mm nominal size dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. (23.3.1)
Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 150 mm nominal size dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. (23.3.2)
Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well 100 mm nominal size dia screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (23.4.1)
Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(23.8)
Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.(23.12)
Supplying and drawing following 3 x 2.5 sq. mm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.(DSR E&M 2022 1.17.12) (27.22)
Providing and fixing 150x100 mm MS reducer for making tubewell assembly , including cost of all labour, materials and T&P required for assembly making and proper completion of work.(29.42a)

Transportation and installation of tube well drilling Rig m/c, compressure for development and other required equipments and accessories at site of work and dismentlling & taking them back after successful completion of the work including cleaning, levelling - dressing the site properly, also disposing off the surplus earth, silt, sand etc.(29.51)
Supply & installation of electrical control panel of L&T / Havells or equivalent make for 1.5/2.00 H.P single phase submersible pumpset / pumpset containing contractor relay condenser. ( 29.54b )
Supply & Installation of submersible pump 2 HP outlet 40mm dia. or more, Head 89/45, Discharge 2000/6000 LPH of K.S.B/ CALAMA. or eqt. make including cost of labour, T&P and material required for completion of work. (29.55c )
Supply & fixing of steel wire rope for submersible pump including cost of labour, T&P and material required for completion of work.(29.56)
Cleaning of existing water pipe line of different dia up to 2" dia including digging trenches and refilling,opening and cleaning of pipes,cutting,threading,if required fixing and including making good the road and wall etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge (29.68)

Conditions:
1. All civil work shall be executed according to the approved drawings of UPPTCL.
2. The quantities in BOQ are tentative and may vary up to any extent or be deleted as per the requirement at site.
3. All civil work shall be carried out as per UPPWD/UPPTCL specification.
4. Rates in BOQ are exclusive of CGST,SGST.Labour tax shall be borne by contractor.
5. Pozzlona Portland cement confirming to IS 1489(Part 1) 1991 of approved quality like ACC,Ultra Tech,Birla or equi.shall only be used.
6. Overweight steel section within tolerance shall be measured at standard weight and underweight steel section within tolerence shall be measured at actual weight.
7. In case any change in Bill of Quantity is suggested by higher authority that will be binding on the contractor.The agreement shall be executed on the approved Bill of Quantity only.
8.Performance Guarantee shall be applicable as per GO 622/23-12-2012-2 Audit/08 dt 08 June 2012.adopted by UPPTCL BOD dated 27.06.2017
9. The 60% amount of bricks available from dismentaling shall be reovered @ Rs. 3744.00/thousand + GST to firm /contractor.
10. The 30% amount of bricks available from dismentaling shall be reovered as brick bats @ Rs. 1680.00/CuM + GST to firm /contractor.
11. The amount of steelavailable from dismentaling will be recovered Rs. 20.00/Kg + GST to firm /contractor.
