Providing Laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specifcation including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3-wheeled static roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming crushable screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per techical specification clause 405 . W B M Grade-III 53 mm to 22.4 mm size with all leads and lift and as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I) grade on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00 kg / sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502. with all leads and lift and as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion ( RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical specification Clause 503 with all leads and lift and as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects with all leads and lift and as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504. with all leads and lift and as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge

Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms Area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC. with all leads and lift and as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge
