Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface upto a depth of 15cm thckness i/c disposal of scarified material within all leads and lifts (by mechanical means) including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
Providing ,laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate(size range 53mm to 0.075mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specifications including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts,laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in subbase /base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting ,barricading and maintenance of diversion etc as per Technical specifiactions clause 406. By mechanical means including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying priming coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted with bitumen boiler, cleaning the existing surface, removing of grass veeds etc. and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications; On WMM @ 0.75 kg/sqm including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
Providing and applying of tack coat using bitumen emulsion confirming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributor including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. Rapid setting bitumen emulsion On WMM : @ 0.4kg/sqm
On Bituminous surface @0.25kg/sqm including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
Providing and laying butuminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, tyransported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to te required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of engineer-in-charge: With bitumen of grade VG-30 @3.6% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch type hot Mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade and colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals,oils, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
Providing and fixing Glow studs 3M of size 100x100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP ( high imapact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro-prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accoprdance with ASTM D 4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degrees to base. the reflective panels on both sides with atleast 12 cm of reflective area up each side. the luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as decribed in ASTM I: 809 s recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 197. The studs shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos. 100mm dia high reflectve reflectors and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm dia dully powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechnical means (Hydroulic excvator or manual means) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 mtr,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavation soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with all leads and all kind of soil.

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete paver block ISI mark pavements asper drawing and technical specification clause 1504 including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts.Coloured blocks red,yellow and grey. 80mm thick. including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
Surface dressing of ground including removing vegetation and in equalites not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto all leads and lifts in all kind of soil including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including the cost of centering and shuttering in all work upto plinth level.
