Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 3.0m in depth for foundation etc and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including, spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling/mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns and simillar works, rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, square or rectangular for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for form work to sides and soffits of plinth beams, lintel beams, roof beams and simillar works for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) as in foundations, including raft footings, foundation plinth beams, bases of columns and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 metres span complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over dia and cut to lenght bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Serial Item No 12.00 above but 5 mm dia and over upto 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc. and rubbish materials remove from site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or corvered on plan exc. 6.0m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid under respective item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a priming coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MS work such as angle iron, post, flat iron in fencing including cutting tops and making double swan neck i.e. 'V' neck and including welding with proper overlapping, drilling holes, notching for wire etc embeded in concrete fixed vertically, conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staple or steel pins (Each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls (security wall) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for crumple joint in RCC walls by filling with filler board including covering with 1mm thick aluminium strip 150mm wide fixing with PVC rawl plug and screws at 1.00m centre to centre in zig zag both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MS galvanized punched tape concertina coil of any dia of any other coil dia size any type of strands rails etc including provision of mild steel annealed, binding wire as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type) machine cut in gate pillars, skirting/ dado and like in 10mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, hole fast of wheel track benching/ haunching etc, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel gate of any description area exc 2.0 sqm each and refixing after easing and minor adjustment including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.
