Red Earth Filling

Steel work in built up G I tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved epoxy primer and 2 or more coats of epoxy paint, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

Supplying and fixing PVC roofing sheet

Providing & fixing PVC corrugated roofing sheets supplied by contractor (thickness 2mm or above )of good quality up to any pitch,including ridges,fixing with zinc phosphate poly coated 'J' or 'L' hooks,bolts & nuts 8mm dia G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins,rafters,trusses etc.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent,clear or pigmented,textured or smooth as specified

Plastering works 1:4 ratio with floating coat

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Painting including primer

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)
