Complete dismantling of broken/cracked wooden planks, G.P.Sheets of rear load body floor and nuts/bolts of chassis, electric welding to the cracks developed on L-shaped angles attached to the bottom cross rafter on the chassis, left side full body and then fitting of the new wooden planks(Kikar) of size 7’x1’x35mmx14Nos and G.P.Sheets(24 SWG of size8’x3’ 4Nos)on the floor and Left side of the body by way of using electric welding , repair/replacement of damaged/cracked Angle irons of left side of the body, replacement of damaged batha, kikar planks, body hooks etc nuts/bolts and rivets as required. complete Iron sheet to floor.

Repair to rear dalla of the truck by way of replacement of broken wooden planks 03 Nos cracked GP Sheets, rivets, nuts/bolts dalla hangs with dalla hooks, chains, broken/cracked angle irons of size(65x65x6)mm x2’6”=04Nos and providing/fitting of above items by way of using electric welding and fitting of the same to the rear load body of the vehicle.

Electric welding to the cracked body Angle Iron, girders, wherever required

Repair of damaged/dented front Bonnet, Bumper, Mud-guard, Side mirror assy. etc.

Complete dismantling of existing cabin of the vehicle and fabrication of new cabin by way of providing and fitting of kail wood planks, plywood, sun-mica, light, hard-ware items. Fabrication of the rooftop tool box floor by way of using keel wood planks of size 7’x1’x18mm=05Nos and GP sheets 13 SWG(02Nos).Fabrication of the roof top tool box of size (7’6”x4’.0”x2) with a partition of wooden planks of size (4’x2’)01No by using nuts/bolts as required. Replacement of damaged windows and door complete set along with replacement of door handles outer with keys 02Nos,door handle inner 02Nos window glass shutter 02Nos,glass channel rubber 03Mtr,window glass big 02Nos,window glass small 02Nos,aluminum chequered for the windows. including labour charges.

Complete Denting and patching of the front show and electric welding to cracked body angle irons where ever required.

Complete painting of the vehicle by way of scratching the old and existing paint of the body and bonnet by rubbing with sand paper, applying red oxide primer to the body and bonnet and then applying blue enamel of superior quality in two codes to the whole body and bonnet and font writing. including labour charges.

Complete wiring of the vehicle by way of replacing all the damaged wires, bulbs, switches and clamps and providing and fitting of Dash bulbs-06Nos, L.T.Wire-10Mtr, Insulation tap-02Roll, Bulbs(1141)-10Pices, Bulbs(1167)-05Pices, Side indicator-02Nos, Head lamp assembly-02No.Break lamp assy-02Set,Wipper blade Set etc. including labour charges.

Replacement of damaged/crackedleaf spring (R). Bushes, Washer, Cotter pins were as required

Repairing of seats by way of using gas/electric welding to the broken frame and providing and fitting of thick Dunlop for Driver seat ,Co-driver seat, Box type seat and back rest seat also covered with superior quality of Rexene cloth. including labour charges.
