Acoustic Enclosure

The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself. High quality acoustict enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-IV norms.

Base Frame

Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

Terms & Conditions

(i) Rate should be quoted exclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc.

(ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relavent IS specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.

(iii) Nacessary manufacturer's test certificate for Desiel Engine, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment.

(iv) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competant Authority (As per CPCB-IV).

(v) Circuit Diagram for connection with DG set and 140mtr remotely installed custom make AMF Panel must be submited from the manufacturer /OEM.

(vi) The entire set must be warranted atleast 18 months from the date of Delivery or 12 months/ 5000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier. However Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 2 years/5000 Hrs, whichever is earlier. 5 years engine critical part warranty.

S & F of ISMC 100x50mm MS channel duly welded with 6mm thick MS sheet / ISA 50x6 mm / necessary MS section as per direction of EIC. after necessary cutting, grinding, two cote synthetic painting, welding etc as per direction of EIC to support the AMF panel on the trench.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required 80mm dia

Providing masonary platform for placement of 125 KVA DG set sizw L=6.5 mtr W=2.4 mtr Height=1.0 mtr (400mm below GL, 600mm above GL)rectangular shaped to be made with 5" Brick soling, 10 brick wall in 4 sides,sand fillinf the chamber and 5" RCC top single layer(M 20 grade) with 3 mm thick neatly finished cement plaster all roung as per G.S

Providing shed for DG set by supply and fixing galvanised corrogated G.I sheet(1.8mm thick, Tata/Bhushan/Aarti)by suitable J hook, Nuts and bolts,washer on rectangular MS structure over 465no ms,50mm dia MS pipe(Tata/Bansal)height 3.5 mtr from DG platform the entire Ms structure is to be painted by 1 coat RO primer and 2 coat synthetic enamel paint

Supply and laying of 1.1KV gr 10 Core 1.5 Sqmm PVC round Cu. Conductor control cable partly recessed and partly saddled on wall to interconnect DG and AMF Panel.

Laying of cable above 3½ core 90 sqmm and upto 3½ core 150 sqmm on wall/surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting

Laying only Cable above 50 sqmm but not exceeding 400sqmm through existing RCC/ Hume/GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ and 4 core

Supplying & fixing medium gauge 80mm GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below.
