M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggreate), 75 mm thick as in plinth protection/Path/PCC paving etc including finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where dirtected and providing 6 mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three parts of fine sand by weight), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L providing precast concrete (1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) louvers or jallies, 45 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 mix type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone agg) for roof padding, leveling course to receive floor finishes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:3 on roof slabs with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. (Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm.

Item 24.00 Contd........ (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Cost of above aspects is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

(Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only approved liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made IInd Class Hard wood (Hollock) paneled door shutters single panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. marine grade plywood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to IS-710 or 12mm thick particle board veneered with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made IInd Class Hard wood (Hollock) glazed and skeleton, open rebated, prepared to receive glass, gauge etc, without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered and rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass/gauge etc. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- S & F glass/gauge shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for 25 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides & one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match & including provision of suitable blocks for taking mortice locks, latches or other fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal factory made pressed steel cupboard shutters alongwith frame, frame made of 1.25 mm thick PBI sheet and shutter made of 1.00 mm thick PBI sheet with 6 Nos 3.15 mm thick and 100 mm long steel hinges per shutter, godrej pattern locking arrangement with 12 mm dia vertical rod and lock with duplicate key & chrome finish handle, duly spray painted in factory with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, complete with fastener, hold fast etc as required at site, complete all as specified and directed. (Total width including frame shall be measured for payment purpose).
