Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc in hard/dense soil and getting out.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm with soil obtained from excavation all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Taking down old unserviceable 80mm bore, CI/DI/MS water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 100mm bore, CI/DI/MS water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 150mm bore, CI/DI/MS water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 200mm bore, CI/DI/MS water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 300mm bore, CI/DI/MS water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling and tapping cast iron/DI water main ( in position ) for branch connection of following bore from any size and type of pipe :-

Taking out existing damaged flexible pipe from suction sweeper pumps and Supply & fix PVC flexble hose pipe 50mm oute dia including necessary jubli clamp.

Supply and fix nylon rope of size 20 mm dia multi stranded super flexible type and all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out existing OLD/UNSV cable from suction sweeper pump and supply & connecting PVC insulated and sheathed submerceable flexible cable(un armoured) multi strunded copper conductor of size 6 sqmm 4 core .

Repairs / rewinding of Electric induction motor of cap 2/3 HP 3Phase, 415 Volt, by removing burnt winding and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire with same as existing turn & gauge to achieve desired including replacement of bearings complete and couple with the existing pump and testing complete as per directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of starter push button type, air break with enclosure suitable for 440 V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase motor upto 15 HP capacity all as directed Make L&T, C&S, HAVELLS or Equivalent

Supply and replacement of DOL starter push button type, air break with enclosure suitable for 440 V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase motor upto 5 HP capacity all as directed Make L&T or Equivalent

M&L for horizontal drilling, in any type of soil, using trenchless technology suitable for insertion of 200/150/100mm bore CI/GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of CI fittings for flanged pipes, bends, tapers, Tee pieces (Single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 80mm bore spigot & socket CI pipes and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point using earth strip of 25x4mm as earth lead all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note : Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions:-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. M & L for preparation of old painted iron rolling setters/panels by synthetic enamel (ordenary tin) paint over finished surfaces including repair oiling & greasing of setters for smooth functioning.

Cleaning of Semi UG sumps by scraping the inner walls of sumps & cleaning with wire brush, taking out all dirt , scales etc and white washing the wall with two coats of lime after cleaning walls from inside by chlorine for disinfection including writing on UG Sump on black painted background with white paint the date of cleaning all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge or the capacities:-

a) 100000 Glns

b) 300000 Glns

Cleaning of Over head reservoirs of capacity 40,000 gallon 21 Mtr staging by scraping the inner walls of OHR & cleaning with wire brush, taking out all dirt, scales etc and white washing the wall with two coats of lime after cleaning walls from inside by chlorine for disinfection and including writing on tank on black painted background with white paint the date of cleaning all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge for the capacities:-

Note for Item No. 64 & 65 : Tanks will be cleaned in 6 stagesas given below :-

a) Mechanical dewatering from tank shall be done

b) Entire sludge in the tank shall be removed

c) High pressure cleaning of inner surfaces of tanks

d) Vaccum cleaning of inner surfaces of tanks

e) Safe effective & eco friendly antibacterial spray (certified by National Toxicology centres ) shall be used for spraying on the inner sides of the walls of the tanks.

f) Ultra violate radiation for effective disinfection of inner tank surfaces

S&F in replacement of column pipe made out of GI heavy grade size 100mm bore of 3 Mtr length each, in single piece, having MS flanges welded to both ends and including rubber gasket 5mm thick with bolt nut/washers of appropirate size/length complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting submersible pump set 45 HP capacity from electrical connections and water supply net work, de-watering and lifting out from Bore well along with flanged type column pipes, any size and submersible cable of approx 120 meter depth and lowering the submersible pumping set in bore well after repair/repacement and testing complete , lowering column pipes and cables, providing new rubber gasket/bolt and nuts of reauired size, including making the water and electrical connection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Repair of submersible pump and pump motor will be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) Quoted rate include transportation of pumpset from pump house to authorise workshop and back.

M&L for dismantling the submersible electric motor of 45HP from pump set, cutting and taking out the existing burnt out winding wire and re-winding motor with 'F' class PVC insulated copper winding wire of appropriate existing gauge and weight, application of insulating material, varnishing the complete and sealing the motor with water proofing compound and sealing cap including comissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

(i) M&L, in repair/replacement of motor shaft sleeve made out of stainless steel of existing size and length.

(ii) S&F in repair/replacement of thrust bearing of appropriate dia and size.

(iii) S&F in repair/replacement of coupling cage including bolt and nuts.

De-assembling the pump set of 45HP, Multistage (7-8) and replacing the following warn out parts by new parts & re-assembling the pump commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

(i) M&L in repair/replacement of intel ring - Set of 8 Nos

(ii) M&L in repair/replacement of Stainless Steel impeller

(iii) M&L in repair/replacement of pump shaft made out of stainless steel of existing size and length

(vi) S&F in repair/replacement of coupling with rubber bushes, slot key, bolt and nuts.

(v) M&L in repair/replacement of pump sleeves SS

(i) M&Lin repair/replacement of motor shaft sleeve made out of stainless steel of existing size and length.

(ii) S&Fin repair/replacement of thrust bearing of appropriate dia and size.
