Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Providing and laying Double Charged vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarsesand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying Double Charged Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and fixing / placing of 450 mm deep and low height ( 1200 mm approximate) filing cabinetry as per approved design and sample, fabricated with 19 mm thick water proof commercial block board in top, bottom, sides, shelves and shutters, 6 mm thick water proof commercial plywood at back. with 3.5 mm thick teak veneer of approved quality and colour on all exposed surface . , Locking arrangement in all shutters , Edges of board to be covered with second class teak wood lipping of 4 mm thick All exposed faces ( inside / outside) to be finished with melamine polish with two or more coats etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
