Maintenance of the residential quarter of the District and Sessions Judge and other residential quarter of the Judicial Officers at Sonamura within Sonamura PWD (RandB)Sub Division during the FY 2025 26

SITE CLEARANCE Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:-With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls (any thick-ness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutmets, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centring shuttering and finishing -1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows,clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position :Local Teak Wood

Providing and fixing panelled / or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished / black enamelled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws excluding panelling and or glazing, which will be paid for separately but including the wooden beading of 20× 12 mm for fixing panelling and or glazing as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Local Teak wood 35 mm thick shutters

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :300x10 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :125 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to equired colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete : 300x16 mm
