MV INSTALLATIONS

MV PANELS :Design, Fabrication, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of cubicle type dust and vermin proof free standing, floor mounting MV panel board, complete with all interconnections, control wiring, powder coated painting with approved colour etc., and conforming to relevant Standards and Technical Specifications. a) MAIN SWITCH BOARD (MSB) The MSB shall comprise of 01 set of TPN Al busbars suitably rated for 400A with 1Rx50x10mm for phases and 1Rx25x10mm for Neutral and 38x3mm Cu as Earth bus, 01 set RYB phase indicating lamps with control fuses, and 01 No.01 No. Multi function digital LED meter accuracy class 1 for measuring Voltage/Current/ Kwh/Kw/KVA/ KVAr/KVArh/Hz etc, with 400/5A CTs of 15VA Class 1. and panel shall be provided with AMF facility with EC2 relay and appropriate control wiring, and with - Incomer : 01 No. 400A, 4P MCCB current limiting type with appropriate breaking capacity, set at 330A along with 400A 4P Contactor with operating coil (as incomer from KSEB), and 01 No. 400A, 4P MCCB current limiting type with appropriate breaking capacity, set at 330A along with 400A 4P Contactor with operating coil (as incomer from DG set), to facilitate AMF operations. The MCCBs shall have appropriate breaking capacity and shall be with O/C, E/F and S/T releases. The Contactors shall have suitable operating coils and required auxiliary contacts to facilitate AMF operations. Outgoing : a) 01 No. 160A, 3 pole MCCB, current limiting type with appropriate breaking capacity, set at 125A, with rotary operating handle, door interlock, provision for applying safety lock in ‘OFF’ position, etc., complete to feed Feeder Pillar 1 b) 04 Nos. 125A, 3 pole MCCB, current limiting type with appropriate breaking capacity, set at 100/80A, with rotary operating handle, door interlock, provision for applying safety lock in ‘OFF’ position, etc., complete, to feed Feeder Pillars 2/4/5 and APFC Panel. c) 03 Nos. 63A, 3 pole MCCB, current limiting type with appropriate breaking capacity, set at 30/40A, with rotary operating handle, door interlock, provision for applying safety lock in ‘OFF’ position, etc., complete, to feed Feeder Pillars 3/6 and to use as spare.including charges for all materials, labour, conveyance etc. complete required for the work as per the direction of Engineer - in charge

FEEDER PILLARS : Supply and Installation of freestanding weather resistant polycarbonate IP66 Feeder Pillars for outdoor installation, with suitable Bus bars and Neutral link, having the following incomer and outgoings - Feeder Pillar - 1 : 01 No. 160A, 4 pole MCCB, current limiting type with appropriate breaking capacity, set at 125/100A, as incomer and with 03 Nos. 63/40A 4P MCB and 03 Nos. 32/25A 4P MCB as outgoings including charges for all materials, labour, conveyance etc. complete required for the work as per the direction of Engineer - in charge

Supply and Installation of freestanding weather resistant polycarbonate IP66 Feeder Pillars for outdoor installation, with suitable Bus bars and Neutral link, having the following incomer and outgoings - Feeder Pillar - 2/4/5 : 01 No. 125A, 4 pole MCCB, current limiting type with appropriate breaking capacity, set at 100/80A, as incomer and with 02 Nos. 63/40A 4P MCB and 04 Nos. 32/25A 4P MCB as outgoings.

Supply and Installation of freestanding weather resistant polycarbonate IP66 Feeder Pillars for outdoor installation, with suitable Bus bars and Neutral link, having the following incomer and outgoings - Feeder Pillar - 3/6 : 01 No. 63A, 4 pole MCCB, current limiting type with appropriate breaking capacity, set at 50/40A, as incomer and with 04 Nos. 32/25A 4P MCB and 02 Nos. 16/10A 4P MCB as outgoings including charges for all materials, labour, conveyance etc. complete required for the work as per the direction of Engineer - in charge

CABLING : Make of Cable: Gloster/Havells/Polycab/V-Guard Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of ISI certified PVC/XLPE insulated 1.1KV grade armoured Aluminium cables of following sizes : In ground at a depth of 0.75 Mtr as per Standard practice using Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) pipe of 50/38mm, made out of HDPE conforming to IS 14930 Part - II, for mechanical protection of Under Ground cables, with required 50/38MM snap fit couplers including excavation of earth and refilling etc., complete and providing cable route markers including charges for all materials, labour, conveyance etc. complete required for the work as per the direction of Engineer - in charge 1) 3.5x185 sqmm cable

Terminations : Supply of all materials and carrying out cable end termination for the following cables using brass cable gland, compression type copper crimping lugs, gland earthing of adequate size,including charges for all materials, labour, conveyance etc. complete required for the work as per the direction of Engineer - in charge. 1) 3.5x185 sqmm cable

EARTHING : a) Plate Earth stations : Providing Pipe earthing station using using 2.5Mtr long, 38mm GI pipe, with water pipe, funnel with wire mesh, earthing stip clamps, terminal electrode etc., coforming to IS 3043 with latest amendments, including excavation in all classes of soil, construction of inspection chamber with cover having lifting provision including charges for all materials, labour, conveyance etc. complete required for the work as per the direction of Engineer - in charge as per Standard.

b) Earth grids : Supply and laying/fixing of earthing conductor of copper strips/wires, on walls/trays/trenches, pulling through pipes etc., including necessary clampings and jointing as per IS 3043/87 including charges for all materials, labour, conveyance etc. complete required for the work as per the direction of Engineer - in charge i) Copper Flat 25x3mm
