(v) Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 1400C, Longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650N/50mm, tear strength of 180N(Min), a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15cm end lap. (vi)Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre of the surface area. (vii) Finishing surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint, @ 100 gm/Sqm.

(f) Providing and applying water proof coating using fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent, over dry surfaces to achieve 1.5mm thick with 02 coats with interval period of 6 hours over the surface using spray/ squngee/ roller/ brush. Water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 500-700% (ASTM D412-90), tear resistance of 21Kn/m (ASTMD624-00) and tensile strength of >1.9 N/mm2. Termination to be done on wall extending the coating to min 300mm height above the finished floor level as per vendor recommendation. Laying 200gsm non-woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 coating with overlap sealed. Make:- FOSROC or equivalent as approved.

M&L for gap between the pipes / sleeves / bore of any dia and RCC shall be free from dust, laitance, oil and water using compressed air or by mechanical measures. All Pipes to be placed/inserted in the core cut areas shall be aligned properly prior to bore packing. Cleaning / Roughening the inside surface of the bore hole and PVC Pipe outer area. Pipes to be inserted in the core cut areas with effective leak-free shuttering system. The pipe to be inserted, appropriately roughening with hacksaw-blade, applying a coat of Epoxy bonding agent and sprinkle the quartz sand / fine sand and allow to dry for 6 hrs. Filling the gap between PVC pipe and core cut with chemical as per manufacturer instruction including shuttering the gap bottom with backer rod or with suitable material. Apply a coat of waterproof coat and place correct dimension comb cut piece of 60GSM geotextile fleece and place it across pipe and saturate it with waterproof chemical. Place another 60GSM geotextile fleece cut in flower pattern and placing at comb cut fleece and ensure to saturate the geotextile fleece with waterproof chemical.

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated A2-150 GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Note New sheet shall be fixed over existing sheet in curve shape as per site requirement and no taking down need to be carried out

Dismantling timber scantiling 40sqcm and over in section unframed work in any position.

M&L for wrought 1st class hard wood timber Fir/Spruce/Pine wood runners of 70 mm X 45 mm treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side to support the flooring with 10 mm thick EPDM cushioning pads by nails through the two wings at 350 mm c/c complete all as specified.

S&F for Kiln Seasoned Teak Wood Surface board finished with 21 mm thick, 50 to 85 mm width and in random length in tongue and groove. The edges of the boards will have a finger lock grove and the bottom side with air pass groove. The Installation: A vapor barrier will be placed on the leveled IPS sub-floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air cell cushioning pads will be placed on the vapor barrier in perfect level at 350 mm c/c in one direction. The surface boards will be screwed to the runners through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of the adjoining boards. The ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. An expansion gap of 8 to 10mm will be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiled area/wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Necessary preservation to timber shall be carried out all as specified and the rate quoted is inclusive of this preservation.
