Providing & Fixing Vitrified Tiles 600 x 600 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand morter 1.3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note:- Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like:RAK, NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, JOHNSONS, ORIENTBELL (Double charged tiles shall be used as approved by Engineer in charge. (NS). Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Providing & fixing ceramic tiles/anti skid tiles of size 400mm x 400mm or above size of approved make in flooring, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles. Note: Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like:- RAK, NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, JOHNSONS, ORIENTBELL, SIMPOLO shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Providing & Fixing Ist quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to I.S. 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manu-facturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-In-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry, including ointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.3).

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface. Painting on mettalic Surfaces etc. (Note:- First quality paint/primer of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.9)

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint for matelic sufraces in all shades on new steel or iron work. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.17).

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shades on newly plastered or concrete exterior surface. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass- Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.25).

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coats on old distempered work. (HSR 16.60)

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty over plastered surface and grindling the surface smooth with sand paper to get an even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete. (Note:- reputed make Putty such as J.K./ Birla shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.81).

(Styles and rails of windows shutter shall be 75 mm wide. (HSR 17.92) (ii) 35mm thick

Providing and fixing Aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z. sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS;733 and IS;1285 fixed with raw plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom, and sides with required neoprene felt etc. aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free straight mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing/paneling C.P brass/stainless steel screws. All complete. Fixed portion (Anodized Aluminum transparent or dyed to required shade according shade according to IS;1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15). (HSR 17.95+Note).

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick preleminated paticle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS;12823 grade I type II in paneling fixed in aluminium doors. Windows shutters and partition frames with c.p brass / stainlees steel screws etc. complete (b) Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides. (HSR 17.97 (b)).

Providing and laying 100mm thick Dry Lean Cement Concrete Sub –Base Construction of dry lean Cement Concrete M-10 sub base over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 the size if course aggregate not exceeding 25 mm aggregate cement ratio not to be exceed 15:1 aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum optimum moisture content to be determined during trail length construction, concrete strength not to be less than as 10 MPA at 7 days mixed in the batching plant transported to site laid with a paver compacting with 5-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per clause 601 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013. Note: - If cement contents are required more than 150 Kg. per cum to achieve strengthening it will be incidental to work and nothing shall be payable on this account.

Providing and laying 150 mm cement concrete of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement M-40 over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ minimum 440 Kg. per cum, coarse and fine aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and MoRT&H specification No.602. 5th edition 2013 (NS) Note: - Minimum cement contents shall be 440 Kg. per cum of concrete. If job mix formula required more it shall be incidental to work and nothing shall be payable on this account.

Earth work non plastic or Tibba Sand under floors taken from outside of campus area with all lead and lift including loading, unloading, laid in 15 cm layer including ramming, watering, consolidating, compaction, and compensation of earth etc., complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer in charge.
