Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub-base /Plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2, using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub- base floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick crushed stone sand/ river sand as in cushening layer below interlocking paver tiles well compacted to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick pre-cast cement concrete M-35 machine pressed precast concrete glazed coloured interlocking pavor block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 using with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid Separately)

M&L Stone kerb of machine pressed coloured precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, block of size 30cmX30cmX15cm finished at top bullnosed shape and finished surface even and smooth using coloured pigment and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 struck finished, applying two coats of paints in zebra pattern over a coat of primer as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered designed cement concrete tiles of size 300mmx300 mmx20mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Structural steel work including doors, gates, grills but excluding framed truss etc

M&L for Stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing,balusters, hand rails etc. in cluding cleats, brackets, etc of Fe410-W(Gde-E-250quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to new steel surfaces of any dedcription over 10 cm in with or girth,not otherwise describe and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes,channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement , including taking down old structural steel complete all as specified and as directed

Holes drilled up to exc. 25mm and n exc.40mm dia if tapped in addition (with standard or gas thread, as directed) and depth of hole Exc 25 mm but n exc 40 mm

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D-2 1:4:8 ( using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregte) in foundations, filling and mass concrete

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks of modular straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 ( using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with liquid WPC all as per manufacturers instructions complete. (Note :- Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Returing, filling in including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick with soils

Removing of excavated material exc 50 m but n exc 250m and depositing where directed

M&L for plain cement concrete Type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel exc 30cm but not exc 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms molds, mitered/stopped ends etc

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specifiedof RCC jali of any description

M&L for reinforced cement concrete Type B01:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality complete all as specified.

M&L TMT bars 8mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality complete all as specified.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 in cement mortar 1:4 using 20 mm stone aggregate as in manhole cover slabs and similar work round square or rectangular in shape complete all as specified and directed. Note :- All RCC manhole covers to be embossed with Month & year of casting.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 35 here-inbefore but except stone Note: Old serviceable stones shall be obtained from Srl item No. 34 here-in-before.

M & L for Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly and pitching is grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
